  1. No. I was just answering the thread.
  2. Yep ... Matt ... soon to be slave of our own Mandy.
  3. Oh, nothing to apologize for, doll. It was just going to be a surprise ... but now Ren won't be surprised and everybody else will!
  4. Give me a pic, I'll fix it up for ya'. He's part of the board now.
  5. I have faith in you: Your charisma comes through in your pictures. You'll be fine.
  6. That hidden little poog! She's about somewhere.
  7. :D Gaby's here!
  8. Thanks, Ren! I'm just returning to favor for your brilliant avatar idea :wink3: haha, u should doing again .. but exchange signatures this time.. just to confuse more ppl.. muahahahaha  :P Actually, Mandy and I are exchanging trading cards :sneaky:
  9. Yes. Honestly, I do. Now it's at the mercy of your charms. ...but what do i do.. :/ What would you want him to do for you? Be nice to you? Check. OK. Do that. Try to spend more time with you to see if you guys really are a romantic match? Check. OK. Do that, too. After straight out if you liked him? Probably not. A little too direct at this point. Don't do that. In other words ... just treat him like you'd want to be treated. Be nice to him. Talk to him. If you were him, what would you want a girl to do? Right. Just go talk to him. "Hey Matt. What's up?" "Nothing." "Oh. Well, I was hoping you wouldn't say nothing, because when you do we don't have anything to talk about. (Sit down next to him). And since I'm sitting next to you, we have to have something to talk about." See? That's cute, natural, simple ... it's not all fake ... it's just a conversation. But it depends on you being comfortable saying the above ... and you'd be comfortable saying that to anybody else, right? So just treat him like a normal person.
  10. Thanks, Ren! I'm just returning to favor for your brilliant avatar idea :wink3:
  11. Yes. Honestly, I do. Now it's at the mercy of your charms.
  12. You're in good shape. Don't stress over this. You've got control. Just be cool. There's no need to worry.
  13. I was thinking GPASUYF.
  14. The sound is actually very similar. If you liked the first one you will like the second one ... ... I just don't think you'll like it as much as the first one. Which isn't a put-down for the second album. The first was SO good that it would be near impossible to replicate. But because that first was so memorable, this one takes a little while to get used to.

    I'll try, sweetie.

Thanks for the offer! I appreciate it. The warm feelings from the board really are making me feel a lot better.
  17. Maybe. If Matt kind of liked you before, then you're OK. In fact, you're probably in good shape, and he probably wishes you two were talking more. If Matt is a really nice, smart, thoughtful kid ... if he's mature beyond his years, then you're OK. But if he's only nice and smart, or if he only kind of liked you before ... then you might be in trouble. Nothing you can't overcome, kiddo, but you're going to have to be cool about it. Basically, think about this situation: worst thing that happens is he doesn't like you, right? That sounds bad, but let's face it: in the long run you can live with it. And if you can live with it, though you'll suffer smoe heartbreak now, you have nothing to lose. You just need to convince yourself you have nothing to lose ... ... and believe it. Why do you need to do this? So you can treat him like a normal person. So you're not always tensed up around him. So he can see you as you really are.
  18. MY 4000TH POST (Kool and the Gang's "Celebration" starts playing on the PA. Screamers and confetti cascade from the rafters. Dancing ensues and pandamonium sets in.) You may remember that I decidicated my 3000th post to my lovely Vanessa, who continues to be my inspiration on a day-to-day basis. I love ya', V! We did it! This 4000th post I'd like to dedicate to my new, little sis Mandy. Mandy, you're a heartbreaker but you're the best around and you were the person that took my home to the lastest landmark. Thanks to everybody! WE DID IT! :P
  19. Nope. Did you confirm to Matt that you liked him?
  20. No, Denise. That was you. And it was yesterday! Kidding. Yeah ... I've been kind of scaring myself of late. I need to slow down. It's Amanda's fault. shhhhhhhhhhhhad up yoU!  NO! YOU shud ub! :wink3:
  21. I have it. It's good but it's not as good, so it takes you a while to really warm up to it. It's a solid effort in the same style as the first, which a little more folk/country influence (done well). I still really recommend it, but you might be in for a slight let-down in your first listen to it.
  22. Oh. That's not good. Guy's are dumb ... with such knowledge they're likely to overwhelm themselves, talk themselves out of things. :stunned:
