You're friend should call the box office and explain your situation. Otherwise what you can do is taking with you her ID and credit card and a letter saying that she can't be there so she allow you to take her ticket. I guess it's risky but it's worth it, isn't it ? I hope you'll find a way to be able to get her ticket ! Let us know how it went.

What worked for me twice is waiting for them at the back door after the gig. You have to be patient and nice with the security. Don't listen to them if they say they have left already or they're leaving by cars. Both times Chris was in his car ready to take the road and he stopped it to come to see his fans. He's really sweat and nice, I'm sure if he has time to take some pictures and sign some autographs he'll do it. I met Chris twice and Jonny once, but I never had the chance to meet Guy and Will. I'm going to the two gigs in Boston so I'm gonna try again. If some of you want to try with me they're welcome !

I think i'll be at Rock en Seine too. We have to buy our tickets this week with some friends :) I only had a few songs broadcasted by a French Channel, thanks for the whole show !!

J'étais au concert de Nice moi aussi, que de bons souvenirs ! C'était mon 12e concert de Coldplay depuis 2005 et je ne m'en lasse toujours pas :D Je m'étais empechée de regarder la setlist de Porto et de Madrid pour garder des surprises et j'ai été ravie par l'intro de Yellow au piano, géniale ! Par contre n'aimant pas Up In Flames j'aurais bien aimé qu'ils ne la jouent pas ! Sinon tu as raison, Politik ça manque un peu :embarrassed: Comme tu dis il y avait des tonnes d'italiens ! Par là où j'étais ça dansait et ça sautait aussi beaucoup, c'était beau à voir ! J'ai postulé en ligne pour être bénévole à l'un des deux concerts de Boston, j'espère être sélectionnée. C'est une expérience qui doit être enrichissante et que doit te faire rencontrer tellement de gens !

I've seen him twice last year in Paris and I was very pleased since I love his album. My father went to see him to and fell in love with his music :D I'm going to see him at the Hultsfred Festival in sweden in 3 weeks, getting excited ! Now that I know that I'll be in Boston this summer for sure I applied to volunteer to one of the Boston gig ! I'm willing to help with pleasure even if I'm French. I hope I will be selected, it could be an amazing experience !

AyannaD are you going to do both gigs ? I've just seen them in Nice and now i'm thinking "why not doing both Boston gigs ?" I mean, i'll be in Boston so... Very tempting !

To answer to your question Lafferty23, I think the best to stand is in the middle of the walkaway. I had some troubles to see the show from where I was because of the cameramen and to my opinion, being at the top of the X is great to have a good view of everything but also a bit far from the main stage. I also have to figure out where to go for Paris Stade de France :D I noticed that some of my pictures have been posted, here are my impressions on the show :) It wasn't my first Coldplay concert but they succeeded in amazing me ! There are so many surprises on this tour: Fireworks, Confettis, Xylobands, multiple stages, balloons... The fireworks were beautiful ! I managed to be in the first rows in front of JonnyBoy. I had a great view except sometimes with the two cameramen :( I enjoyed the whole show and quickly forgot all the waiting parts. I avoided having a look at the Porto or Madrid setlist to be surprised and I was ! I wasn't used to this order. It was a pleasure to see once again all the xylobands glowing in the dark. Seeing them lighting up for the first time of a show during MX is one of the best things given to see ! My heart is always beating so fast during this moment ! Chris Martin was funny, sometimes I was staring at him and he did his big eyes and even offered me a wink of an eye ! As usual I thought he was very energetic and generous with the crowd. He's a lovely man. I've written a full live report on my blog. If you're interesting in finding more about the show you can read it in French or English. I have cuts out from magazines for 2005, 2008, 2009 and 2011 but they are in French. I also wrote 2 reviews in English for 2011 and 3 in French for 2008 and I have 3 original setlists. Let me know if it's interesting for you and I'll scan what you need :)

Hi there ! In July i'm going to be in Boston to do a summer session. I'm already going to see Coldplay twice in France but why not try to see Coldplay in Boston too ? As i'm French I don't know how TicketmasterUS works, so I have a couple of questions before buying a ticket: 1. If I bought my ticket, when will I receive it ? I know that TicketmasterUK sends tickets 1 or 2 weeks before the event so this would not work for me. Can I print them or collect them at the venue ? 2. Is there any standing area like we have in Europe ? Because that's where I want to be and on Ticketmaster it seems to have seat locations everywhere, including on the floor. Thanks a lot for your help, I hope to be there with you too !

I was at the gig too, it has been a really good night ! I arrived quite late but I managed to be not too far from the stage which was a good thing. When the lights turned off I've been blown away by the Xylobands glowing in the dark, it was so beautiful !!! Even now when i'm watching video i'm still impressed, i really enjoyed be a part of that ! I loved to see the band playing Shiver because I wasn't expecting ! The show was pretty awesome with a good crowd singing all night long. As some of you did I managed to see Chris after the show. He's really sweet because he was in a car on his way to somewhere with his wife and other people, nothing was forcing him to stop by and he did. He was surrounded by people so I couldn't not really speak to him unfortunately but I managed to take a picture with him and to get an autograph. I would have love to see Guy, Jonny and Will though. That was the 11th time I was seeing the band and i'm already looking forward the stadium tour !! I have my ticket to see them in Paris. A friend of mine would like to come with me but he doesn't have a ticket. The show was brilliant !!! +: I liked the set they played. I was glad to watch Politiks and Yellow. I loved the new intro of God Put A Smile Upon Your Face, it made me cry :D The crowd was so great too despite the rain. It was my first listening of Charlie Brown, I LOOOOOVED it !!! Chris made me laugh. - (only one point here): I wish they could have played Life in Technicolor ii because i'm way too in love with this song.

It's 1:30pm, i'm still in my bed thinking about how cool it would be to take my breakfast... Love holidays !
