  1. The closest MLS team to where I live, and the one I support is Philadelphia Union. Sadly, we couldn't make it pass the Dynamos. Houston has a strong team, might even win against LA this season.
  2. Why can't Italian teams do well on Europe? Damn it.
  3. Indeed. I am really shocked to say the least...
  4. I better shut up now. Everything I say is turning out to be the opposite.
  5. I retract my statement. My hat off to the United States team. What passion... I am impressed. Even Adu is playing good when I honestly though he had lost it.
  6. Haha, hey, do not get me wrong. I support the US national team. It's just that Mexico's attack seem so strong now. Chicharito, Guardado and Dos Santos are really talented while we look so disorganized lately. We have that Goodson, Ream partnership which I do not like and if Howard do not pull one of those performances like the one against Spain in the Confederation Cup I think we are gonna get trashed.
  7. Oh, and yes, I know the Gold Cup is around but it just bores the heck out of me. I do not find any excitement in it. After all, the cup is just Mexico destroying teams like Nicaragua, Cuba, Guatemala and then winning against the US in the final.
  8. Hello guys. I am back. I have not posted in a while, been pretty busy lately but I just finished school. How are you people? I cannot wait for the Copa America. No football bores me. I am happy to inform you guys that I am going to see Juventus the 26th of July at New York. It'll be exciting. By the way, what's with that fat bastard Ashley selling all his players and not getting the ones needed?
  9. Some intense matches coming on... I think that both matches will end up in a draw though. You know what would be funny? If Real Madrid and Schalke 04 face off in the final and Raul scores the winning goal.
  10. C'mon! It has to be Hakuna Matata.
  11. I don't have anything to say but if it was not for illegal downloading I wouldn't know half the artists I know now.
  12. Seems like the league is over boys...
  13. I think it wouldn't just as the fireworks aren't allowed either.
  14. No. It is all ours because we are the ones who bought it and constructed it. I think it will be the first and only stadium in Serie A that is owned by its own club.
  15. Yes, they are building it on the same place the Delle Alpi onces stood. The main reason is basically the same thing I stated in my other post. Fans didn't go to the games and we were only getting an average of 28,000 people going to the stadium every game on a 69,000 seated stadium. It looked quite empty and we were just wasting money paying to maintain it. Now that we are getting a new stadium it will have only 41,000 seats but will have space for expansion if we ever need to increase the amount of seats. Also, it will be more modern and up to date. I really like it, specially because they made the stadium to have 50 stars around it wit the name of 50 Juve legends (Del Piero, Platini, Zidane, Davids, Nedved, Trezeguet, etc) and under them there will be stars personalized with the name of the fans who bought them. I think it is pretty cool. Here are some photos of the stadium and a video: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eNcoyfNoN8&feature=channel_video_title]Juventus Stadium[/ame] Here is also the list of all the Juve legends that will have a star:Click Here! This is how the stars will look like around the stadium: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCBLBZsHItY]Juventus Stadium Stars[/ame] We still don't know what the name of the stadium will be but it will be announced soon. Juventus will start playing on it from the start of next season (2011/2012) and they are looking for a team (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Liverpool or Torino are candidates) to participate in the opening of the stadium this summer. I'm really excited about it. I hope this stadium brings joy and cheerful memories to remember.
  16. Ah, Internacional... :) I love Brazilian teams. Nice to see many South American football fans around here. I'm a follower of the Copa Libertadores. So much raw talent in it.
  17. I wish Juventus fans were like that. Some of them are really loyal like me (I've been supporting this club for 15 years and I'm only 15 :D) and have stayed years supporting my club even when we had that scandal in 2006 and were relegated to Serie B, but others are just glory hunters who stayed supporting the club but can't stand Juve not winning and even come to the idea to go support Barcelona or Manchester City. Our attendance record is horrible, nobody comes to the stadium anymore. It is sad. I'm just hoping the new stadium will attract more people. If only Juventus fans had half the spirit you Peñarol fans have...
  18. Next year. You don't have to worry. I am the one who have to worry because my team might not qualify for CL for 2 years in a row.
  19. Peñarol fans are the best in the world. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyeQZKpEzm8"]Peñarol fans in 2011 Copa Libertadores[/ame]
  20. Honestly, I want Real Madrid to at least win one even though I prefer Barcelona.
  21. Tottenham is out... They cannot make it now.
  22. Raul doesn't age. He is amazing.
