My God, this is awesome! And yes, I know, some people say that to everything they come across on the internet, but I don't. This is the first time I've ever really liked an original song on the internet (then I mean original song, like not famous and stuff, of course)! The clock is 01:30 AM here in Norway, I have school tomorrow, and I can't sleep. The reason is, pretty much, this song that I constantly hear in my head.

Anyway, that version will probably have drums:D The reason why there isn't drums on this one is because I have to use drum loops from a library, which sucks.

Well, perhaps it sounds a bit sped up as an instrumental, but actually, with the vocals, it almost has to be slowed a bit down. Maybe an electric guitar will sound good in there, agreed :laugh3:

I liked the last idea, that sounded kind of awesome:lol: Haha, no, but I can try experimenting with some new sounds as well, sure. This is actually the only song where I use so much synth sounds, think I'm gonna post some of them here in the instrument room (not with vocals, though. Have to by a better mic).

It's weird to have Rihanna as guest vocalist and not make the song a single. Think we gonna see a music video with Rihanna, but I don't think it's gonna be the next single.

R42 said that the song was recorded one track at the time. This may say something about the song. I think it is a song with a lot of weird mixing and Eno-influence. And I'm totally psyched for the song!

Yeah, but it's not massive like VLV or Fix You. Mostly (not only, I know) real Coldplay-fans love it. It's not the type of song that would attract new listeners for the band today.

I didn't miss it actually. This song may be very good, but doubt that a song on 2.18 (it is 2.18, right?) will be THAT massive. A Hopeful Transmission is just a small intro, at least if the people from the listening party are telling the truth/remember right.

The title makes me think that this one can be a huge song. Like Don't Stop Believing or With or Without You or something. Just tell you guys, I don't think we have heard the best song on MX yet. For me, it must be this one or Up With The Birds.

It wont sound exactly like it does on the festivals because MX and HLH obvously two seperate tracks. However it seems like it wont be a full song. According to allmusic (http://www.allmusic.com/album/mylo-xyloto-r2272103) MX is 42 seconds and the overall length is between 44 and 45 minutes. That makes sense, doesn't it? I really hope MX will be a full track, but after this, I doubt it.
