but why is 101.tv only broadcasting until 22:00 ? According to the official pinkpop site, Coldplay are scheduled to play until 22:30... I hope they will air until the encore !...

Zij volgen de live uitzending op 3FM. Coldplay is playing from 21:00 to 22:30, but why are they not in the list of 3voor12 ? And the text below says 101.tv is only broadcasting until 10. Would they cut out Coldplay's latest hour ? Hope, this things are right, I already had some embarrassing tries to understand Dutch :D

On the website of onstageweb.com, the website to the logo above in the tv-like songs, it says: (with google translate): Here's an excerpt of the first three tracks (taken as always in collaboration with the Friends Televisionet - TVN): Hurts Like the new Heaven and then the famous Yellow and In My Place (that's all the band gave the Management of filming) . I asked Google translate and it said geen uitzding means there won't be a broadcast. Do we have any fans in the netherlands who could help to clear the situation ? Anyone still thinks about Wedding Bells or Christmas Lights ? I hope there will be some songs like this on the album. And I prefer 'awesome', because I think 'epic' is more for Viva. Viva had reverb and echoes, a whole different atmosphere than the new songs (in my opinion). But the new ones are great because they are not so 'heavy' in terms of the meaning and such things, ETIAW for example, very easy to dance/sing/feeling good to but it's not simple or boring. I'm hoping the best and I'm confident they will do great. sounds like a formal letter... sorry, was not meant that way :laugh3:

I think this was on of their most energetic shows ever. And, for all of you who may play drums: I think this was the first time I saw Will using a Splash or China (how do you call it) cymbal, instead of only crash, ride and crash-ride. Has he done that before ? I loved the weather outside (because I watched it from home :D), all rainy and stormy, for me this was the perfect weather for this show. And I was quoted on the Coldplaying.com News section :D

wow... kinda blown away by this concert. Sometimes, I really don't like it that I don't cry during concerts. Coldplay would deserve that :D I really loved the moment of Us Against the World, when they stood there on the stage, close together, all happy to play music again and singin these song... They only need to announce tour dates (I hope they do), cause I've missed their last tour :(

I just want to introduce myself short. Hope you don't mind :) And please excuse my english, as I'm from germany and did not grew up with the wonderful english language ;) I discovered Coldplay (shame on me) the first time i heard Viva la Vida. Well, it was hard to not-hear that song ;) So I looked a bit more at the band behind these song (as I usually do), and since then... wow. It was a bit to late for any kind of concert I could go to, so I searched the internet for every possible recording of a live-show of this tour. Coldplay are amazing live. And, I think that's the reason I love this band (and maybe lots of you here, too) is this very rare connection between the just poppy side (with songs like clocks, trouble, violet hill) and the other side (I don't know, maybe complexity (how do you spell this word ?)). They are the only band in the world with style, with wonderful texts, musical knowledge and they are really re-inventing themselves with each new album. Everything on Viva la Vida was further than just normal relationship-songs and everything had this revolution touch because of the painting. And now, I can promise because I've just seen the Rock am Ring live concert, everything is more like new, graffiti (?), for me this seems more optimistic. It was an epic concert. That's it just for now. Looking forward to the new album and all the rumors and discussions in this forum before the release :D
