Yes but with this preview there is no more doubt. This live track certainly explains why Hypnotised appears as "EP mix" on the tracklist. I think that the intro of Hypnotised will be slightly changed to make the end of SJLT and beginning of Hypnotised more cohesive

Guys we already knew it was live. Last week the band announced on their website "the EP (...) features a new live version of Coldplay’s hit collaboration with The Chainsmokers, Something Just Like This, recorded in Tokyo in April"[emoji4]

I remember that one day Chris said that sometimes they would like to change certain details on their songs but it's too late once the song is recorded and released. So sometimes they change or add things for the live performances.

Definitely a good tune where the band tries successfully again the 2 parts type of song like Fix You, 42 or Up With the Birds. I'm disappointed by the abrupt ending. It's so frustrating !

For me they could have just changed a little bit the intro to adapt it to the previous song wich is a live take. Maybe the actual intro of the song does not flow so well with the end of SJLT live.

Or maybe it's a 2 parts track like Army of One / XMTS or Fly On / O

It will remain an EP but they could add 1 or 2 more songs. I remember an interview during their Japan stop last april where Chris said that Tokyo inspired him cuz he's written a brand new song that very day...

The song is released on june 2. Maybe that's why they want to postpone the KEP release to june 30 ?

Or maybe they want to add a new track !

Imagine if AHFOD had this song and Hypnotised on it, instead of XMTS and Fun....
