  1. Seether - Country Song
  2. My tickets are for section 309... which is okay with me, I'm so happy to be going. :dazzled:
  3. Hmmm.. I'm a little confused about the tickets and the seating. On Ticketmaster, they have the "endstage" seating chart. Section A, B, and C should only have rows 1-7 according to TD Garden's Endstage seating chart, but I'm seeing scalpers selling tickets for "Floor A Row 25" and "Floor C Row 20"... I really hope Ticketmaster didn't dupe us! And yes, I know, I'm obsessing about this show already and we've got 7 months to go. Haha.
  4. Georgia.
  5. I worked all night last night, so I spent the day sleeping and I'm about to sleep... again. Do you pronounce it "car-a-mel" or "car-mel"? (I had an argument on this subject today lol)
  6. 9:26pm. Playing word games online, listening to my boyfriend snore, and I'm about to hit the sheets too.
  7. Did you end up getting it? I've seen Coldplay by myself once... I couldn't get anyone to come with me. It sucked being alone but at the same time, it was worth it because I got a third row seat. Plus, the people next to me were super friendly. I know I said earlier that I've got Section E row 13, but I just checked my order and now it says Section E, row 4... ?????!!!!!!! ...I'm not complaining though. AND for those of you who don't know, there's a seat finder thing on the TD Garden website that shows you exactly where your seats are, and what the view will be like from your seats.
  8. I was going to wait to see if they announced a Hartford or NYC show before I bought tickets to their show in Boston, but out of curiosity, I looked to see what kind of seats I could get when they went on sale. First I got Section 9, then Section 4. I tried again a little while later and got floor seats in Section E, row 13. I couldn't pass those up :) I'm going to see them in Atlanta earlier in the month, too. Yay!
  9. I'll be there. Not sure what section I'll be sitting in, since I just found out someone bought me the tickets for Christmas. I've only been to Atlanta once (Music Midtown) so I'm not familiar with the venue... the seating chart looks like it's a pretty huge place though.
  10. Turns out I couldn't make it.... seriously depressed since I traveled so far to see it... but glad to see all the pictures everyone posted.
  11. My train arrives at 9:45ish at Grand Central, so I'll be there a little after 10 I think
  12. I'm also down to meet up... My train should be getting to Grand Central around 9:45 so I'll be at Rockefeller plaza a little while after that :D
  13. Oops, haven't been online! I was planning on getting there sometime between 9 and 11, but not exactly sure yet...
  14. I didn't get a VIP pass either... :'( I wrote a very short thing about how much I love Coldplay, and how I'm flying up from Florida to see this which is a pretty big deal for me since flying is one of my biggest phobias ever. My boyfriend also did one (even though he's staying down here) and simply put "I plan on bringing one guest" and didn't get an email back either. Bummer! I haven't found anyone to go with yet, since unlike 3 years ago, all my CT friends all have grown-up jobs now and refuse to call out... but I'll go either way. The only thing I'm worried about is finding someone to hold my spot while I run around the corner to McDonalds to pee or something. It'll be a good time no matter what though, I'm sure of that.
  15. We ended up on the road 10 hours later than planned due to a chain of crappy events. We got to the show much later than we wanted to, and ended up in the back of the crowd for Coldplay's performance. Even though I wasn't close to the stage, the show was still amazing. Chris is really good at making everyone feel like they're part of the show even if they're watching from a mile away. I was pretty surprised when they covered REM... it was really good! I was a little sad they didn't play Us Against the World, but the REM tribute was pretty great. Atlanta was a major pain to drive to, being 6 hours away from where I live, but I'll definitely see them in ATL next time they play. Chris said how much they love playing Atlanta, and it definitely showed, which made it a great experience. On a side note... I wonder what the people flying into ATL thought when they saw all the laser lights out their airplane window. ;)
  16. Yeah, if I brought one, I was only going to hold it up once or twice, and only for a few seconds. I was going to be considerate with it, I swear! But, I really don't want to obscure anyone's view or piss off the people behind me...
  17. I need ideas for a sign. Something involving me coming all the way from Georgia to see this while also expressing my love for Coldplay. Help. I'm not creative.
  18. Raleigh
  19. I just bought a Nikon Coolpix S6100 because it was way more important than paying the water bill.
  20. Sweet... if there's a group meet, let me know and count me in. The reason I didn't want to separate from my boyfriend is because I wouldn't wanna be alone all day since since I've never been to Atlanta.
  21. How early is everyone planning on getting there? Are you going to get there early and spend the whole day getting as close/staying as close to the stage as you can, or what? I'm trying to make up my mind what I should do. I'm going with my boyfriend, who doesn't like Coldplay (he only agreed to go because I started crying when he said he wouldn't go at first... haha) and he won't wanna stand in one spot for the entire day without any peepee breaks. I obviously wanna get as close as I can but I don't really wanna separate from my boyfriend, so I'm not sure what we'll be doing yet.
  22. Mmm, I was there all night and originally was pretty far back in the crowd. We were lucky enough to be moved to the back corner of the stage. Coldplayluv - Overall, everything about it made it a good experience for me. The crowd was fun... definitely the friendliest concert crowd that I've ever been in. While we waited in line, the group of girls in front of us were sweet and cool to talk to, and the people behind us were some drunk boys who kept cracking jokes the whole time. It was neat to see what happens behind the scenes of the Today Show and during commercials, and seeing the sound check/rehearsal was really cool too. My favorite thing was that we got a good view of the show, but I was VERY lucky for that to happen and I don't count on it happening again. I swore if they ever did the Today Show again, that I'd definitely be there. I'm coming up by train, and it's a 20 hour ride from here (I don't fly)
  23. Heh, it sounds bad, but it was a lot of fun. The whole night/morning was the best Coldplay experience I ever had. The only thing I'm worried about this time is how cold it will get in the middle of the night. :\
