I still feel this album is just really one dimensional, it just sends the same message over and over again, I'm going to compare it to MX. MX told a story and every song had a different meaning. With GS it's all "I love this girl and want her back" for 40 minutes straight.

I'm disappointed all my thumbs ups and post count has been disappeared since the leak thread was removed :/ I think it should have been locked and not removed. There was great memories in that thread.

I've been saying for the past 6 months or so that they better not play more than half the album before release. and they did. The only song that was a surprise for me was Ink. Truly disappointing. I got so excited for the album then when I listened to it I left saying wow I already heard all those songs...

Life in techinicolor vs always in my head - Always in my head wins Cemeteries of london vs magic - magic Lost! vs Ink - Lost! 42 vs. true love - 42 Lovers in japan vs Midnight -Lovers Yes vs Anothers arms- Yes Viva vs Oceans -Viva Violete hill vs ASFOS - violet hill Strawberry swing vs O- Strawberry. Viva-7 GS-2 Viva wipes the floor.

I look at the album tracks and I don't feel like playing any. I feel like I'm burnt out on all the songs there is no sweet spot for the album.

I hope the rumors about LP7 are true!

I like the album but it just doesn't feel like it has much depth to it... It all feels like one song to me...

I felt MX was a lot more diverse than this album. But that's my opinion.

Lets hear what you don't like about it! Personally this is my list of things I didn't like -Weak lyrics -Electric drums instead of acoustic. -Felt very chris-centric - No song really stuck out to me. The only song that I see playing 3 years from now would be AIMH What other gripes do you have?

Still looks like wings to me but I can see the broken heart. I think it is supposed to represent both. A broken heart (like magic) and wings (O) then the inside of the logo is supposed to represent Ink I think... then the ocean represents oceans. the sky is supposed to be a sky full of stars.

Just finished my first listen. I can totally hear the influences from past albums. This album felt very much like it took a lot from other of the older albums... Now my rankings... 1. Always in my head- I loved it from when I very first heard it. Very simplistic but the simpleness is what is so beautiful about this song. 2. O - Caught me right from the start. This song is just heartbreaking, great piano. The lyrics are very meaningful I love it... So sad... "Maybe one day I can fly with you" hit me hard... 3. Magic - this song to me represents the lifeless-ness that comes after a heart break. I didn't love it at first but the drums in it are amazing. This one really captured me after some time. 4. A sky full of stars - The place in the album is great! I wasn't too fond at first but this song gets really catchy! 5. Oceans- Love the sonar going off throughout the song. I definitely need more listens. 6 Midnight- I don't see myself listening to this song much in the future but I love the placement in the album! That really made me like it more. This song is just a song you listen too well at midnight it's relaxing. 7. Ink - I need more listens but it's pretty decent. 8. True Love- again I need more listens 9, Another's arms- the lyrics are pretty shite.
