I know, but NY and Washington are the places that were hit hardest (physical damage anyway) and I was just in 1st grade when it happened. I didn't understand, I thought I had better things to do, but I know now I didn't. What is a 6 year old supposed to make of it though?!

Uh huh . . . right, no you don't, not this weekend. 9/11 and stuff is going on, and living in the state where the attacks happened, it's a big deal and it's not that exciting here . . . it's actually very depressing right now.

Not really . . . I don't think so, it just kind of makes me want to dance! (which is weird, cause I can't dance to save my life! XD)

Start of my latest art project for school, hands project. My first sketch ever of a realistic hand . . . there are mistakes, but again, first time, it's not that bad.

It's just a sketch so far, and there's A LOT of mistakes, but for a first try (which that is) it's okay . . . especially since I'm not used to realism.

Cause that's the project. It's going to be blown up and it's mainly to practice realism. Hands and feet are a bitch to draw right.
