I like the song more and more every day, especially when I contrast it against Magic. And it seems now strange to me that in the beginning I thought it did not sound like Chris' voice when now to me it is so clearly him!

Ok, so to sum up, we need someone who a) is rich enough to buy the site and also pay the maintaining costs and b) has nothing to do in life but work for this site 24/7 without getting any money out of it, preferable with some assistants working for the same conditions. I have a very slight suspicion that we may not find that someone. *sigh* : (

I also have a lot of things saved but in the moment I have absolutely no free time on my hands (Our World Championships are coming up - hell, I should not even BE on this forum!). Concerts and interviews are one thing, but what about all the concert reviews - I think they are worth saving, too, but much harder to save and sort. Crowdfounding is a godd idea, but as mentioned before that does not cover the maintaining costs. Most big sites have no option sooner or later than having to take a fee from it's members. I would be fine with that as long as it's reasonable. But probably most would then decide not leave the forum which means that not enough fees get in.

And there I thought I was the only one not comfortable with the sound of the drums. I also was reminded of Up in Flames but whereas they fit there, they somehow bother me in Magic. I still like the song, especially in the second half as most of us seem to do ;). I am fine with the "I don't knows" but not keen on the way Chris is drawing out "ma-a-a-gic" starting at about 3'05. But I love the guitar-riff building up around there (Jonny! :guitarist::pleased:)

You have expressed my feelings exactly. I am sooo happy that the forum is back, I love it here and I cannot imagine how much work it is to maintain this site. But at the same time there is this nagging feeling of dissappointment inside me which I cannot quite turn off about the lack of information both before and after the shut-down and even now.

I don't know if it has to do with the upgrade, but I do not get any e-mail notifications any more - neither of my suscribed threads, nor PMs, though all my settings are correct. When the forum was first back on, I received e-mails but nothing any more since Friday. Not my spam-filter, either.

That's normal, they always ship them seperately. But check you order status from time to time, because if the size you ordered is sold out they just cancel your order without telling you.

How is your scarf? I wrote to them and they said that I could exchange it. I sent mine back a few days ago, so we'll see what happens.

So finally I have the time to post my pictures. It was so great coming home, dead tired from the flight and finding this wonderful package from BarbaMama! It contained a lovely card with confetti (one can never have enough confetti ;)), chocolate (perfect!) and the best - a Coldplay picture book which I keep looking at all the time :P! Ok... scarves are my thing, that is why I ordered it, and I can live without the seam (or maybe seam it myself) but the scissor marks are something else. I think I will send an e-mail to Live Nation, see what amusing answer they come up with.

Has anybody yet received the scarf? I got it but it has no seams and at one side it has really ragged scissor marks. Wodernig isf it is worth the hassle with Live Nation to send it back...

To my Secret Santa: do not worry if you have already sent my card and I have not responded. I am currently not at home but in Los Angeles for a Family visit and will not be home till Dec. 15th.
