Ich hab frei an dem Tag und kann auch früh da sein. Wie macht ihr das denn mit den warmen Sachen? Ist mein erste Konzert und ich hab da gar keine Erfahrung :confused:

I will be on my own as well, and my first coldplay concert also! Would be great if I can meet all of you. I am a good deal older than 22, though - won't tell how much, but almost ancient ;)

Just saw a report about the concert on TV (WDR Aktuelle Stunde) which included short interview-snippets with Will and Johnny - a different interview than on the 1live page, it wasn't much - mainly about that Chris is sick and resting and drinking a lot of tea :D There was footage from the concert and in the end there was a voiceover that all the tea and rest must have worked - "Chris Martin was in top-form". Well, they obviously did not listen closely ;) Should be in the Mediathek by tomorrow: http://www.wdr.de/mediathek/html/regional/rueckschau/aktuelle_stunde.xml

Wenigstens etwas... Ich hab es auch den ganzen Samstag bei SWR3 probiert, aber kein Glück. Ehrlich gesagt hab ich aber auch gar keine Zeit morgen abend und wenn ich mir frei genommen hätte, hätten mcih einige Leute einen Kopf kürzer gemacht... (das wäre es mir aber wert gewesen ;) )

Just heard "Paradise "on the radio. Afterwards the presenter said: "... this was the new single from Coldplay, their new album, Mylo ZETO will be out in October..." :D Well, I guess we are going to hear quite a lot of mispronouncings over the next months. :wink3:

Pink. Because I think her voice is underestimated - in "Dear Mr. President" it's just amazing. A good counterpart to Chris ;)

Well, I am not sure yet so I gave a 6. It's not a bad song and I suspect it will grow on me. But from first listening it does not stand out to me. Then again, I did not care much about "Lost" at first but I like the way it fits into the album. I usually much prefer listening to a complete album anyway than individual songs. I think that's one of the reasons I am a fan of Coldplay as they are putting so much thought into the way they put together the songs and for me their albums work just beautifully. So I will wait with my final judgement till october.

Sorry about bringing a sad note into this, but I cannot help myself. Two days ago I got the news that a very good friend of me died of a sudden heart failure. I really could not get my mind around this, it was so unreal.Today was her funeral but I could not go as she lived too far away. So on the way home from work I put my MP3-player and "42" came on and suddenly I started to cry and could not stop. Everyone on the bus looked at me but I did not care. I really needed those tears, so thank you Coldplay for that.
