  1. Oh wow... Chris looks like my dad in those pictures :laugh3:
  2. ^ I think the Viva-era section would be amazing! :awesome: And the X&Y area would have to be all space-themed (Think of the Talk video :D) A couple of my ideas: There could be CCTV cameras shaped like the Major Minus 'eyes'. Twisted Logic would be a corkscrew-like roller coaster that twists and turns everywhere. At the entrance to each 'land' would be something themed after the opening song from that album i.e. the Don't Panic coaster would be at the entrance to the Parachutes section. And what would a Coldplay theme park be without bumper-Car Kids :P
  3. I knew that, but it seems odd that they would write his name on the graffiti wall and on the piano (and I'm sure I've seen it in other places too). Maybe it's the name of a song that's dedicated to him?
  4. Anyone else noticed that Charlie Brown and Don't Let It Break Your Heart are the only songs omitted from this? Seems a bit odd seeing as they are two of the best songs on the album IMO. But that Rex thing is very mysterious. It's on the side of Chris' piano as well :surprised:
  5. UGH. I have a friend who hates Coldplay, and I'm pretty sure the only reason is because of Family Guy. I have asked him why and the only reason he can give is either "They're not good" or "It's whiny bullcrap" (which is the exact line Peter Griffin uses). I like Family Guy btw, I just can't forgive Peter for his sins against Coldplay :laugh3:
  6. ^^ I know what you mean. The vocals on Parklife were all over the place :laugh3:
  7. nope. just one epic performace of CB, a cameo from a certain Mr Martin on Noel's song, and a certain band winning a certain award ;)
  8. Yes yes yes yes yes yes! Except I didn't jump up and down and scream
  9. What did everyone think of their performance at the Brits? Personally I thought it could have been better. Girls & Boys was poor, they should have done Country House or The Universal instead :\ Parklife wasn't their best performance either. However, I was pleased with their choice of This Is A Low as the closer (they only showed it on ITV2 which was a shame). Song 2 and Tender were great as well :D I guess they haven't played live for 3 years so one can hardly blame them for being a bit rusty :laugh3:
  10. When will people learn not to take anything Chris says seriously
  11. Blur have never been the greatest live band to be honest... This is more of a nostalgia thing than anything
  12. Parklife! This is one of the greatest songs of the 90s :awesome:
  13. Adele of course! Oh well I guess she deserves it. And 1 award is better than the Grammies at least :)
  14. It doesn't take a genius to figure out which version of this song I prefer...
  15. I'm sad that I missed Flo's performance... anyone have a video?
  16. Not yet, unless I've missed it. They've done Ed Sheeran's + and PJ Harvey's Let England Shake so far.
  17. And Chris didn't bugger up his speech! It truly is a wonderful night :D
