  1. Yes, I saw Atlantis' last launch in person. :dazzled: sq
  2. I need to do English homework. BUT I HATE ENGLISH HOMEWORK.
  3. ^ Eek. :uhoh: I'm here for an hour. :P
  4. I have no teeth problems. :blank: Hi! (especially Taameen, but everyone else too :P) Oh, hi (and bye) Julia, and hi David! :)
  5. Thanks. The entrance test is a month from now, actually. Correction: When you never have essays except as extra credit. :P Not when you don't make friends. :blank: I do have friends, don't worry. They're all younger than me, though. I prefer solitary confinement. And I'm afraid it won't be challenging enough for me if I go to another high school. :uhoh: I'm already bored to death at my current school as is.
  6. Happy belated birthday! Next year's freshman year for me. I'm PRAYING that I get into this math/science specialty charter school that is amazing, but really hard to get into. But it is such a nerd school. All the smart kids go there. If I don't get in, I don't know what I'm going to do. I've just gotten into music, actually (well, Coldplay was two years ago, but still :P). I've played the piano since 3rd grade, and I still really suck at it. My mind is mathematical, not artistic. :wacky: Although I can be artistic when I put my mind to it, as you saw. I'm a straight-A student. My best subject is math, and Geometry in eight grade is too easy. And I went here. That's probably enough about me. :escaping: EDIT: And I have a giant list of bands I need to listen to. :drunk:
  7. Help is 'Round the Corner.
  8. Yes, I really, honestly am. And my mom is really, honestly 60. And my dad is really, honestly 68. My three half brothers are really, honestly 26, 29, and 30 (happy birthday to the 30 year old one!), and my dad really, honestly only likes classical music. I have a weird family. :P
  9. I've always wanted to babysit, but everyone around where I live is my age. :blank: Getting money for my grades wouldn't work. I already get straight A's. :P I have to go as well. See you! (after 175 posts in 24 hours ahhhh:drunk:)
  10. HIS HAIR IS SO WEIRD! /end :freak:
  11. Niels Bohr.
  12. Awww. At this campground type place I go to during the summer, they have an arts/crafts type of show (I just sell photocopies of my drawings). This past summer, I almost didn't want to do the show, because I really didn't like what I was selling, and all the other people were so much more talented than me. I made $50. 'Nuff said. :P Sometimes I get in moods where I don't think I'm good enough at anything - including math, which is saying quite a lot for me. I hide in the bathroom when I'm like this and attempt to not hyperventilate. IGNORE THAT. :laugh3:

  15. Why not, swallow. xD Coffee.
  16. Dravs, Markus.
  17. Good night, Alex! My mom immigrated here in 1981 (I think, and yes she's old too), but my dad's family has been here for a while. Although I am a little Dutch, since my last name is of Dutch origin, so... I always put down my artwork. Seriously, I draw in my sketchbook at lunch, and I hate it when anybody other than my friend (other ones go to a different school) looks at them. And that friend always says my drawings are really good. I'm not very self-confident in my art skills. :P
  18. Every LMFAO song is a piece of crap.
  19. No worries. I was six. I didn't know them very well. Or, you know, at all. I luv showin' off my mad math skills, though. /gangster Yeah, my mom's from Russia.
  20. No, and I hope to never be. sq
  21. ^^ I didn't even know my grandparents on my mom's side. My grandparents on my dad's side were in their mid-nineties when they died seven years ago. :blank: ^ Yeah, it is. I was trying to explain that to my mom. BLAH BLAH SUBMIT IT IT'S REALLY GOOD. Artist moms don't listen to you. Even more so when their first language is Russian.
  22. But what if I I've tried. It doesn't work. :blank:
  23. Electronegativity? Pshh, I've heard of that. :P Only because of my almost-70-year-old-dad who's a PhD in physics, though. My mom is telling me to submit the picture to coldplay.com's gallery, and I don't want to, because it sucks in comparison to some of the stuff there already. I'm actually not that cocky irl. Usually. :P I'm decent at writing, not great. I have Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth online Crafting the Essay course to thank for that. EDIT: All the English teachers I've ever had sucked, though. That might partially explain why I'm not very good. Your chem teacher is an english major?
  24. Car Talk, no contest. :D Carl Castle or Terry Gross.
