I think that if an interviewee would like be asked something in specific, like about their passions per se, then he/she should request for it. That way, the interviews can be more malleable.

That reminded me of when a classmate of mine played Clocks on his keyboard one day. My friends told me to get my guitar and play along with him, but I didn't have it with me at the time! xD My guitar was at home.
