Idea: Could we try linking up with OXFAM or their volunteers at a show, maybe making some DVDs for them and asking to hand to the crew? So the other day, my dog and I are in a pet store. I am talking to the clerk when...WHOA, What's that I hear? Is it? Can it be? MIDNIGHT??? I stop and ask the clerk if that's Coldplay. She didn't know. From that point on, I wasn't paying attention to what she was saying. I was listening to the music to figure out if I was right about the song. Very cool to hear Midnight out in public!!

Yeah, I wonder the same. He took such an emotional hit the past couple years. It may all be catching up with him. I sometimes also wonder if he is just tiring of the band or vice versa. He seems to be doing more on his own, like the Global Citizen artist procurement gig and The Voice a couple years ago.

I have to agree. Listen to the tone of what a couple of you are saying. Then read back to the comments about the concert atmosphere and the band's messages of peace and love. Really, we are here to support the band, even if we don't agree with all of their choices. We are better than this. Let's rise above the angry banter. It really takes away from the enjoyment we all have being a global community who relish in reading about each other's experiences with the tour and band- even if we disagree. Politely and respectfully, I hope.

To the I Ran Away Choir: I keep forgetting to tell all of you that you are ALL amazing in this video. You all have a courage I did not - which is to put yourselves "out there" in voice. Congratulations - just listen to what you've accomplished. I don't know that I would even like the Coldplay version better at this point - I think your voices together, (with great editing from our fearless leader @ira), really make the song even better.

Just keep it as is. You've put enough work into it already. It really is a minor matter or preference. The fact that opinions are divided, to me, says it doesn't really matter. Focus on more important things...like your life!
