LOL! I think it's called a MIDI?? Not sure if that's the correct name but/description. It's a computer program that plays the notes. Can't remember which video I saw lately(maybe Oceans on BBC?) where they made a point to show the piano playing on it's own. Definitely not ASFoS.

Thanks for setting me straight. I know that some shows like Letterman,Jimmy Kimmel etc are "live" in terms of the fact they are taped in front of a live audience and I don't think they do takes; it's one and done. Not 100% sure about that. Is anyone lucky enough to be going to the SNL show?

I've been looking too. The thread for the later show doesn't seem to have the posts about 5PM one. BTW glad to see the threads for ASFoS have been pulled. My guess is it won't be on the set list for The Beacon since some people recorded and posted it despite Chris asking them not to. Shame! :angry:

Thanks for being on top of this. It's a few weeks people, have some patience. They put their trust in the people at the show. It's a shame a few of them couldn't respect the bands wishes though I'm sure the vast majority did.

Forgot about Saturday Night Live May 3rd. Is SNL taped the same day it airs? For some reason I don't think it's literally live. Anyways may be 7 days not 9 to rest up.

You're right to be cautious about resellers though Stubhub seems legit. If the original sellers;Ticketmaster,Ticketfly etc did more to crack down on scalpers these things wouldn't happen as often. It can't be that difficult. The cynical part of me thinks these sites sell original tickets and get a cut from the $$ the resellers get. A ton of seats go to the resellers which causes the real fans to miss out and have to take a chance buying tickets they can't be 100% confident are real. I've ended up buying from resellers when I couldn't get them legitimately because I couldn't face missing a show but it definitely doesn't feel great.

Since you "'fessed up" to your mistake maybe they'll be lenient and let you keep a pair. Assuming you used the same credit card for both transactions it seems like they should be able to tell easily and block people who have more than one transaction. Or to block tickets sent to same street or electronically to same e-mail address(e-mail confirmations would count too) Seems like an easy way to help block scalpers?? NOT that I'm saying you are!

Wonder how it will work? Will call,e ticket.? If I get a ticketI I'll be driving up Monday afternoon for the show and waiting til. The day before seems really risky!

What???!!! OMFG, Please let this be true but it seems to good to be. If anything you think they'd add a second night rather than 2 shows in one night. Hey,they can all crash at Jonny's New York pad :)! Any info on tickets yet??? Hmm. maybe we can all keep it on the DL so only forum members get a chance! :sneaky:

Someone should confirm this but my understanding is since you don't have to show id and/or a credit card that matches the purchasers name they are transferable. They don't care who bought the tickets as long as the bar code is legit and they go through the scanner. There's been some chatter about bands like Mumford and Sons who have done will call and required id to get into the venue for some of their shows. People who were selling tickets (at face value) on the M&S forum had to meet up and go in together with the original purchaser. BTW forgot to mention in a previous thread I was at show where someone bought tickets outside the venue,walked up and was told "sorry it's not legit" MAJOR bummer!! I really felt for them.
