There's a thread in the Coldplay section about Coldplay tattoos, well I was wondering in general what tattoos anyone has or would like? Also does anyone have any piercings? :)

I can use personal experience in my answer. Yesterday I was called a 'Grebo', this is a word that I believe in only used in the county I live in, to describe or label a person who listens to punk and heavy rock and dresses in dark clothes, often dye their hair black and have supposedly been known to turn 'emo' (actually a shortened term for emotional hardcore, a type of music, however people refer to 'emo' people as self harming people). I do listen to heavy rock and punk rock, I do have black hair and often do wear dark clothes, but by no means am I a 'goth', 'grebo' or even 'emo'. People feel the need to label people for some reason I don't know. I'm not saying I've never stereotyped someone before, I mean if I see a group of boys in caps, hoodies and trackers/sweats and trainers coming towards me with their BANGBANGBANG music blaring then I would probably assume they are chavs, I know I shouldn't but people are apparently these days labelled for what they listen to and how they dress. Do you prefer punk rock or heavy/metal rock?

Do you guys like my prom dress? Like I said in the prom thread all my friends have big princess looking dresses but this is more me. :)

That's my dress, all of my friends have big poofy princess dresses with sparkles but this is more me. I don't know what shoes to wear because I walk like a duck in heels but I want some black velvet looking heels, so ill have to learn to walk in them. My hair is black and long and I'm gonna have it down, straight. Ill have some silver accessories, a little charm bracelet and earrings, maybe a necklace? What do you think? :) My group of my friends have hired a stretch limo disco hummer thing, which has COST OVER £700, but we've payed £20 each (14/15 of us) and my friends mum is paying the rest, because she's nice..... And quite well off. I'm not a 'party person' and I've been dreading prom but the venue is nice and I suppose it will be my last goodbye for some people so ill make the most of it. I already know the music will be shit. Plus there is an after party at this guys house (he's rich and has a giant house) in which all of year 11 are invited (about 300 people), everyone is gonna get wasted and/or high, then there's me who doesn't drink or get high. I think I'll have a few drinks but I won't be getting out of my face. Everyone is sleeping there I think? It's not very well thought out, I think people will be camping in his yard, fun right :|. I don't have a date, I'm going with my friends :).

Thanks everyone you've been really helpful. I'm super excited and I really want to hear Hysteria live :omgomg:. The mosh I was in once before wasn't a really manic one but it was my first mosh. The guy next to me was a bit of a dick, he peed in a cup and threw it at security, they didn't know it was him. I'm expecting the Muse mosh to be a lot more crazy than that one. I'm going to have to prewarn my friend, because like I said it's her first concert, never mind first mosh pit. She seems pretty up for it, but I think I'm gonna have to give her a few tips like the ones from that link that James posted (thankyou btw). Thanks again guys :D
