Call me old-fashioned but I say no. I just witnessed my friend do that tonight. She said she was 'scared' while doing it yet she looked like she was having the time of her life (I was a good friend and monitored her). She could've just said 'No' instead of going along with it. My other friend refused a few offers so I know that's possible. I know her boyfriend would be crushed if he ever found out. I'm just curious of your thoughts....

Yeah, I was just thrown off by his comments. Most people that I've met have somewhat liked Coldplay or were able to tolerate them. But this guy had an actual physical reaction to it. :shrug:

I went for a job interview today and somehow we got onto the topic of music and he asked what kind of music I liked. I said Coldplay and he reacted so badly to it. I've never met anybody that disliked them so much. Do you think I'll get the job now? :P On another note, the interview lasted 2 and a half hours with two different people. :o I better get the flippin' job!! ;)

But I have heard her say a bunch of times on air that Coldplay are one of her favourite bands. Right after the war started they had a special about it on Muchmusic and George and Jen hosted it. And they were talking about if famous people support a cause does that influence the way the public feels about it. And George asked Jen if Coldplay influence her opinions about what's going on (with everything not necessarily the war) and she said yes. And the point is I don't lile her. I really hope George is the one that goes with you. Amanda, Bradford, Rick, Namagunyi and Jen are annoying. Rainbow, George and Hannah Sung are the only ones that don't annoy me. Jen's not my favorite but I really do think Coldplay are one of her favorite bands. That would explain the shit interview at the I&I. I hope it's George (*drool*) but it probably won't be because he's not technically a VJ. :roll: I wouldn't mind Rainbow 'cause he's cool. I guess I could tolerate Brad or Rick as long as they didn't try to steal my thunder or as I said before, the forks will be flying. Hee hee! :P So I guess the Toronto gig is a go. That's good to hear since my whole trip is relying on that fact. Only 18 more days till Coldplay resume their tour in Edmonton! :D :D :D June 11th is just creeping up on us.
