  1. Aww hey, go easy on Maddox! That kid is such a rock and roll baby.. too cute! :nice: Apple should've been top 5 though :dozey: She's the cutest baby girl in that list.
  2. ^ Not sure, but we have that show already. You can download it here http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28402&highlight=2005-08-02 (the 2005-08-02 Toronto one)
  3. Could the white shadows may be angels, maybe? I've always kinda thought that. To me it's about acknowledging the world around you and your surroundings.. knowing that every single person is here for a reason, and we're all part of a plan. When I hear the song thinking of that, it makes perfect sense.
  4. Yeah I figured you've had the e-15 for awhile, I have an ooold Casio too (have had that one for 13 years) that still works and everything! But it has like no features so it's my garage collecting dust.. I'm not sure how much 1000-1500 Euro is in dollars? Either way.. if you're buying yours online, I'd check eBay or google like mad before buying any. Might find a newish one for a lot less than these sites are charging. Anyway, I have a Korg SP500 and it's amazing, I love the little touch screen! The keys feel just like the ones on my baby grand piano. It came with a damper pedal and has almost 400 sounds, lotsa effects and easy recording modes. It's MIDI compatible so can be hooked up to your computer. (reviews, pic) And I have another, a Roland FP5 that used to be my dad's.. it's a bit similar to the Korg. This one came with a pedal and various adapters and is very good too, so easy to use. Has 3 pedal inputs, not that heavy but the keys still pretty firm. The MIDI capabilites are kinda average (no pitch control) but that's no biggie, and it also has a USB port so it hooks up to your pc way easier and faster than the Korg. (reviews, pic) You can also consider a Roland FP2, it's pretty similar to the FP5 above, only an earlier model so it'll be cheaper but it doesn't have as many features. Doesn't have as many internal songs as the FP5 but still has USB and MIDI interface and good effects. (reviews, pic) This Roland RD300SX doesn't look too shabby either, it supports both the USB and MIDI connections. I don't see anything about it having a sequencer. Good features, worth checking out. (reviews, pic) The Yahama posted above sounds good too. If you decide on anything online, I'd go to a store to see it first. Just to make sure you like how the keys feel or it's not too heavy or light for your liking, and also so you could try out the sounds and effects. I always like doing that before getting a new keyboard but I am also very, very picky with these things.. :laugh4: Hope that helps a little, and I could post some non-Roland ones if these don't work for ya. Edit: So I just read over all of that... I swear I'm not as geeky as I sound! :laugh4: :smart:
  5. Aww.. Apple is featured as #10 in In Touch Weekly's "Top of the Tots". 1. Maddox Jolie-Pitt (ANGELINA JOLIE/BRAD PITT) 2. Rowan Henchy (BROOKE SHIELDS/CHRIS HENCHY) 3. Liv Helen Freundlich (JULIANNE MOORE/BART FREUNDLICH) 4. Ava Phillippe (REESE WITHERSPOON/RYAN PHILLIPPE) 5. Rudy Law (JUDE LAW/SADIE FROST) 6. Ella Blue Travolta (JOHN TRAVOLTA/KELLY PRESTON) 7. Charlie Crowe (RUSSELL CROWE/DANIELLE SPENCER) 8. Rocco Ritchie (MADONNA/GUY RITCHIE) 9. Willow Smith (WILL SMITH/JADA PINKETT-SMITH) 10. Apple Martin (GWYNETH PALTROW/CHRIS MARTIN) She could've gotten a higher number.. :shifty: but I'm happy she made the list. Yay for Apple!
  6. Hmmm.. don't quote me on this, but I don't think you can burn .avi and .mpeg into watchable DVDs. You'd have to convert them into .vob, which you'll then be able to watch. This was posted by another member, it features a video converter so it might help you convert your files into playable DVDs. I haven't tried those programs yet, so if it doesn't work let us know here and I'll give you the converter I've been using (winAVI) for awhile now, which converts to and from almost every single video type. .Vob included. Hope that helps some!
  7. :laugh4: :laugh4: Richard: I wish I could quit you! :bigcry: Chris: ... Chris: I'm sucha hot mofo :cool4:
  8. I googled the Roland e-15 just to get an idea of the features you had before. Though it doesn't have a lot, it suits just fine for a basic and home keyboard. I guess now it depends on what you'd like to do with the new new keyboard? (Like.. would you like to make music? Save recorded or altered audio to your pc, etc) and how much are you thinking of spending? And do you have any preference on the type of keyboard? I personally love Rolands and Korgs. I've heard that Roland can be better with "world" and piano (eletronic and acoustic) sounds. Korg can be better used for hip-hop, dance and R&B sounds, though all keyboards nowadays feature a huge range of sounds anyway. Yamaha and Kurzweil are of course great too, though these can be really pricey! It all boils down to how much you plan on spending and if you want to do anything special with it.
  9. And Simon Pegg! Everyone just wants a piece of Chris.. who could blame 'em? :laugh4:
  10. I wonder what Gwyneth has to say about this :laugh4:
  11. All the things in bold are rebroadcasts, I already have them so I think they can all be found around the multimedia section :nice:
  12. I usually listen to at least one live show every day (weekday).. I don't listen to the albums nearly as often.
  13. Yeah they made that horror movie (Slashed) with the band Ash. Ash was making it and they asked the guys to be in it, but they never released it. I asked in an Ash forum long time ago for it and they said that there isn't a release date for it. :(

Funny all the coincidences of people asking for lyrics of this song, one of the Q&A's today was asking for the lyrics too! (or was that one of you two?)

^I think this came before your thread

No idea, but I just found another (from the Red Rocks show) where he mumbles and changes the lyrics even more than in the other two. We so need a studio version
  21. victaniac replied to a post in a topic in Coldplay
The version I have is 5:25. But I searched my pc to see if I had any other versions and I found the 5:23 one. Here's the one I was listening to, it's from the 2003 Werchter festival. http://rapidshare.de/files/15851963/Coldplay_-_Your_World_Turns_Upside_Down.mp3
  22. victaniac replied to a post in a topic in Coldplay
Oh crap! I just realized I was listening to a different version. No friggin wonder.. I was kinda confused with some of the stuff you two wrote.. :laugh4: Apparently Chris changes the lyrics around.. the other version I have is slightly different.
  23. victaniac replied to a post in a topic in Coldplay
I actually heard "Like a thing without a brain" but it was too silly to put down :laugh4: I'll go with what Nettie wrote, that seems closest. Fair play to ya Nettie!
