I, for one, feel so very lucky to be able to attend the UK gigs. Yea - I definitely would comment too ! The other day, wearing my AHFOD backpack, I turned to leave a shop after making a purchase and the assistant said "Excuse me, have you been to the Coldplay concert ?" "YEEEEEESSSSSSSS !" said I !!!!!!!!......... and there followed a hyper half hour conversation about the Cardiff gig that we'd both attended !!! We were two 'older' women behaving like a pair of teenagers........ and it was GREAT ! I've never met any other fan, even though I wear my LoVe button all the time and sometimes wear my AHFOD T shirt and the bag ! At last - someone had spotted the sign and stopped me ! Never hesitate to ask - a real fan will always want to chat !!!!

Me too - I've pre-ordered it and now I'm trying to decide whether to wait till Aug. 4th or download ?????? Feel like there's a party going on that I haven't been invited to !!!! Thinking I'll probably wait................................

Ahhhh.. that was interesting to read. I'd wondered what the delay was for, as I huddled under the over-hanging roof round the side while I drank my gin & tonic and ate my butty. Not the best picnic I've ever had. But I was soooooo relieved to get in and see the roof was closed ! Everyone soon dried off and warmed up - of course. IT WAS EPIC !!!!

I've seen conflicting comments re' the roof, so we won't know until we get there. Hope it's closed..... Chris'll be slipping all over the place if not. Just going to get breckie then off for Cardiff train ! Trying to stay calm !!!!

In fact, I was recently walking PAST a clothes shop and heard CP so I went in ....... just fingered a few garments near the door, then left at the end of the song.

Me too. If only they realised the power they have to keep people in the shop they'd play CP constantly . I can never leave while it's still playing.

Another idea..... I'm planning to put my phone and (collector) ticket on a lanyard round my neck. Wear something with pockets for cash and tissues. If weather looks bad, plastic poncho could be a problem... best wear it ! I'll be interested to read what others recommend.

Just had to share this with you all. I couldn't believe it when I found this little beauty hidden in a bunch of scarves in a local Charity Shop. Someone had actually written 'Coldplay' on the price label, but it was only £1.25 !!!!!!!! It certainly made my day. I've never seen these back packs before - were did they come from - anyone know ?

It certainly does change your life. You need more concerts to stay ALIVE !!!! Hope you get to another one soon.
