Supermarket shopping and 'Christmas Lights' was playing. I had to hang around ( quietly singing) in the doorway until it finished. Also,reading a fashion magazine in the hairdresser's, and there was a pic of a jumper with the title 'and it was all yellow'. These little things mean so much to us Coldplayers. :)

Haha - I haven't eaten all the chocolate yet !.... I nibble it a bit at a time to make it last..... and so I don't get fat. On Monday my family will be here and I am looking forward to playing my musical box / snow globe for them..... and telling them all about my kind friend in India.:kissing_heart: Again - many thanks and HAPPY CHRISTMAS !:party:

Today I have received a SECOND Secret Santa box of delights from the super-kind and generous Shreya...... thank you sooooooo much. You have no idea how much happiness this brought me on this cold rainy day in North Wales. Opening the box, which had come all the way from India, I found lots and lots of shiny parcels with little personal notes. I LOVE all the little hand-made stars and there were cute little decorations for my Christmas tree. There's a miniature tree, yummy chocolate, a kooky frog pencil and a musical snow globe - I love this ! ... and a pretty little sparkly heart pendant.. that will be on a silver chain round my neck today ! But I could hardly speak when I unwrapped the tiny pack which contained confetti from Mumbai !!! How precious and special is that ? My husband asked where it was from and I just about gulped and managed to whisper .... Mumbai...... I couldn't say any more or I would have burst into tears ! I haven't got any of the tiny 'rainbow' squares so I was especially delighted with those. Thank you so much... and for the Coldplay photo, with signatures, which will be framed and put on the wall in my 'Coldplay Corner'. Shreya - I will write a 'real' letter to you soon. I wish you a VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS and I send you a HUGE THANK YOU !

Not wanting to sound creepy or anything o_O - but I'd love to be a fly on the wall to see each of the boys returning home to their families for Christmas. Will they still be in superstar mode, on a high from the tour or exhausted Dads / hubbies and ready for a good rest and a typical Christmas? It is amazing how they manage to keep their private lives private. :cool:

As beautiful as your letter was, yes, I agree, the colours weren't as clear as Chris's lyric writing. I photocopied the letter and it is now stuck on the reverse of my framed card and confetti. So it isn't hidden inside the frame and I can read it whenever...

I've just spent a happy hour putting my lovely Secret Santa gifts, from Nie, into my Coldplay Corner - well, it's now 'corners' as it's slowly creeping further round my bedroom. Also I've been enjoying my star candle on my hearth - couldn't wait 'till Christmas day. Thanks again Nie. I love them !

Ha ha ! I'm lucky enough to live in a house surrounded by fields and beautiful hills so I only need the house name and the area name for post to reach me. It's a great change after living in my home city of Liverpool for many years ! AND..... I'm only a few miles away from Jonny's childhood home.

SECRET SANTA HAS ARRIVED ! Oh Nie ! You can't imagine what pleasure your Secret Santa parcel brought to me this morning... especially your lovely letter in your card. I love the rainbow writing. The gifts were just lovely - thank you soooooooo much. I was at the Wembley concert too, but only picked up a few bits of confetti, so having more is fantastic. I intend framing them with your great photo collage. It will certainly be another addition, along with the stars, to my Coldplay Corner. And the truffles are delicious ! Yum ! Actually heard a bit of 'Christmas Lights' on TV the other night (UK). AT LAST !..... a decent song instead of all the Xmas c..p that gets played all the time.
