No problem! I had to throw a little bit of money at it but I had a few people contact me who didn't have a guest. I can almost guarantee it will work.

If you don't win, post on Craigslist and twitter and try to get a ticket as someone's guest. It worked for me at iTunes!

I think only Dianne has heard, because she won through a radio station. The rest of us are still waiting!

Its looking less likely that I'll go, if I don't win... Even with my ticket to Sunday. Just not worth coast to coast weekend travel. Crossing my fingers they'll come east soon! Being at iTunes left me really hungry for more! Loved seeing them again but I left wishing the setlist was longer. Those going this weekend are probably in for a serious treat :)

I would guess some more warmup shows at these small venues before they are ready for a full production, like the rumored European tour starting in August...

The 20-30x optical zoom and higher end low light sensor make the difference on the cybershots. I wish I had an RX100, I hear that is the best point and shoot for low light...

Tell me about it. I use the DSC-HX20v thanks to someone who posted some amazing pics on here during the MX tour. That thing is a beast at concert photography!!!

I wouldn't be surprised to see some type of east coast (NYC) dates in the future. I remember reading that Chris said no big tour was planned at this time, just random small shows like these.

Are you flying out of DC? Which airport and when?

There might be a few different numbers, but basically all Citi cards have 412800 as the first six digits.

I think tix are sold out, but if they drop any and you can buy, you will need to bring her credit card and ID to will call to pick up the tix. Citi password is 412800.

I was able to pull one for myself! Tip for future GA events: pull single tickets because they are a lot easier to come by, the way Ticketmaster's back end system is set up :)

Might have to make the trip out for this epic weekend.

I agree with earlier posters -- start thinking about the future. Maybe a new vbulletin hosted on the cloud, for very high traffic forums.. That runs about $720 USD per year with 200GB/month in bandwidth (custom packages with higher GB can be created).

Just woke up. Coldplay's in my hotel somewhere, but after yesterday I don't have the energy to go find them! Those who are saying the audience sucked are correct - they were horrible. I noticed a few die hards and coldplayers, but a lot of people actually left after Imagine Dragons, and there were a lot of empty seats in the balcony! I was just frustrated by how the ticketing was run by iTunes for this. Most of the people in there just didn't care, and since it was free, it was just something else for them to do at SXSW. Overall, though, it was a magical night for me -- the intimacy of the venue is something I'll probably never experience again with Coldplay. I lost it during Atlas and Midnight, and during the brief moments that I got to Viva chant with the coldplayer who got in last minute via the Standby line. It was a unique look at a new direction for the band, and I can't wait to see how the tour production sets up!

I would say around an hour and a half, maybe more. Last iTunes festival they played over 20 songs, IIRC...

Austin is just incredible right now. So much music. Y'all need to come to SXSW in the future!!!
