i actually have somewhat of an embarrassing story about natalie imbruglia: every year, my family and i go to disney world in Florida. we love it, so don't hate haha. anyway, everytime we drive through the entrance gates to disney, we play "torn" by natalie imbruglia. i can't explain why, but it's a tradition for us. we love her, and her new album is great no matter what anyone says!

from the songs that i've heard, it sounds like they'll be more relaxed this time around than on OBTN. that's why we liked them so much to begin with, they just didn't care. on their last album, they cared a bit too much. (if that makes any sense)

it wasn't just one bird u guys, it was a whole freaking flock. i do admit it was pretty soft (and strange), and that jared should just have taken a shower and went back on. big freaking deal right? but part of this IS the venue's fault. they know they have a pigeon problem. get some pest control, do everything you can to make everyone (including the bands) at the concert happy. don't get me wrong, i love KOL, and i think its unfair that people stop liking them because they "sold out". that's just a bogus argument. however, i do think that it was pretty bogus of KOL to cancel their show without nothing to say for it just because they got pooped on by some birds. all i can say is theyre human, and everyone makes mistakes. so hopefully they'll learn from a bizarre event like this... that's all. i saw them on the first show of this tour, and they said their philosophy is they want to have more fun on stage and not take themselves so seriously. well, apparently they still have a lot to learn about being a big band in this business.

are the Kings of Leon turning into primadonnas? Hell if they were the opening band they'd definitely play the full set. What happened?

their new album is fantastic, its amazing how each album almost breaks up the band... they're so dysfunctional its great

what does everyone think of the new song? cheesy right? i do like the solo for some reason though, but other than that its merh...

i'd say it expands upon OBTN, not as raw as their earlier stuff you know? there was one song in particular that blew me away, the harmonies were luscious and heavenly! so from the sounds of it though, i really think it's gonna be a huge album.

haha i yelled to nacho and he gave me a big wave, good guy i'm sure.... oh yeah i wouldn't bother searchin youtube for anything because they like warned everybody that if we took videos they'd kick us out whic is kinda stupid but maybe its because of the new songs who knows. i will say this, obviously i don't remember exactly how the songs went, but i do remember them being good. there was one in particular that they invited opening band The Whigs on stage for, and it was basically a country song KOL style... an ode to the south if you will. i loved it!
