, it's the lyrics so far that have made me fall in love with this album . They can't be over looked no matter what the sounds / mixes behind them are .. This is a story . A personal story from chris . I'm looking forward to every song . I think asfos sounds fun and positive but even better it's not just a fun poppy song from a pop star it's something with great meaning no matter how simple or how poppy it sounds and that makes me love it. And ur right gone are the days of listening to an entire album unless your a fan which is sad , coldplay has such a good thing to offer and I wish more ppl could hear it as a whole and not as a hit song . They truely r amazing . Chris really opened up here give the man some props . It's his choice , he said about AIMH that's when it was like ok I don't care if some ppl don't like this or don't wanna listen this is how I feel so I'm gonna do that . Can u imagine having that much talent and songs in ur head and heart and having to worry about what everyone thinks but yourself . So happy this is a true story and that he's sharing it I can't wait for everything from this album . I think this is going to be really special :)

It just makes me cry because of the message and its so personal.. I cant even listen to the beginning melody and I start to tear up and from the sounds o his voice on the interview he started to tear up as well...

Wow, that made me laugh, cry, think about my own life all in an hour. That was by far his most sincere best interview to date. It sounds silly but I feel proud of him. Ya know i cant imagine its easy to talk about those things but he did a great job. Hes having some issues thats he working on but I mean those songs are amazing and now with the issues underlying them completely out in the open this is by far going to be my favorite album.. ya know when it comes down to it he obviously did write this album for her . Id say it takes alot of courage to say I dont want to bring you down with me so ill let you go right now instead. O sounds absolutely beautiful... It made me cry in just seconds and the fact that he seemed to get emotional... I really wish them all the best... I hope he finds what hes searching for within... This album is gonna be killer!

Sounds to me from the quotes and the new songs , he needs to find himself as an individual .. so he can then be the person in love that he wants to be and he can love the person the way he thinks they should be loved.. This is the most vulnerable Ive ever seen , heard him. This split seems so different then many ,its not like they just don't love each other its like he needs to better himself ( figure s**t out ) so they can possibly come back together in a better light. That is just my two cents worth .. I to think there is a lot going on in his head .. like she said once hes a mad scientist! Listening to oceans now the lyrics are sooo on point and so beautiful.. Its by far my favorite of GS so far! I cannot wait to see this interview maybe being sort of more open( in his own confusing way ) is a step in helping him figure it out it doesn't mean he has to just let everyone know everything about his private life but instead a tool to help him not be so guarded . Man I really should have been a therapist LMAO

Oh my, I got a feeling this interview is going to be emotional.. I knew when they split and the statement they gave it was something different. Its like they had to step back in order to look ahead.. Chris seems so deep , I cannot wait to listen to what he has to say.. GS is one beautiful album I cannot wait to hear it in its entirety

gah I love this song so much!! Its so beautiful, also shows off how great a voice chris martin has.. the way he sings with passion and the fact the words are his .. its mesmerizing ! I really think the best singers are the singers who have voices that may not be perfect but are full of emotion ! This song makes me want to cry !

I dont find that corny.. Music is a powerful thing , Im glad it brought you some joy and if it helped you with something in your life then Im sure they would be glad for you as well :)

my favorite ghost stories song so far is oceans lyrically .. Im just in LOVE with it completely! But ASFOS is upbeat and positive and i very much like it as well

I personally dont think that its much like ETIWF, I understand some of the beats at time resemble it and the reference to we found love.. but the song sounds nothing like the two .. I cant wait to hear it the right way as what i heard i could barely hear the beautiful piano. I do not think they sang the whole song at the concert either . I cant wait til its a single and hopefully a video .. we all have so much to look forward to in the next month!!! I love the build up to this album ! I also love that I have a community that loves coldplay as much as I do !!

We all know its just editing .. There's no way Chris will sit there and spill the beans on all .. I think he will speak in general about somethings concerning all that's happened but nothing specific.. I cannot wait for the interview! Most all the headlines are about how terrible Gwyneth is well guess what he married her . He had two kids with her, they were together a long time , they still seem to be together in a way ( looks like more of a break to me ) i can imagine he hates seeing all the headlines.. They seem to very much love each other ...If my instinct of Chris being a real good guy are right then ppl need to lay off Gwyneth .. Everyone has things ppl may not like about them but ppl act like shes the worse person on earth in the tabloid world.. ID say give it 6 months - year and the rings will be back on anyway lol All these amazing songs are obviously personal and it tells a story of being apart but at the same time loving someone so much ..... time will tell.. I think ghost stories is gonna be a mega hit.. And now this post seems irrelevant to the thread lol point being cant wait for the interview!! He looks fantastic may i add!

Awe I did it , I listened . It was like holding a steak in front of a dog , I would have never released it as per chris wishes not would I have taped it but I caved and listened to what someone uploaded .. CRAP quality .. It's hard to get the true feeling BUT this will be a HUGE song for 2014 , the crap audio really was only like a spoiler I think when we all hear it officially it's gonna be amazing !! This is a number 1 top 40 for weeks for sure .
