FYI GREG JAMES would not be posting this if he didn't know about new music coming soon. Tomorrow or next friday likely. Harry Styles also returns tomorrow. Greg James is the man Coldplay wrote a song for, for his breakfast show.

A single release would match up with the rumours of Coldplay having new material in the next 30 days (heard on SiriusXFM- about 17 days ago) & the possible surprise performance that Coldplay retweeted for the TIDAL concert. However I think it's entirely possible that the "rumoured" experimental LP could simply be Global Citizen EP2. We will see.

I could be completely off here. But after years of following Coldplay; including the long stints during each hiatus, the band never really pressures themselves to have a release done before a tour. Its always a release then a tour announcement. I guess what Im saying is that there is no way they announced they are playing a set in 12 months time without any concrete being created. There are definitely finished songs/early structure of an album/ep. Just my two cents.

Go to his page on reddit. He has been hinting at things for months. I'd be suspicious/take it with a grain of salt. But he's been doing this for a while now. Seems way too into it/active on other music/tour subreddits to just be trolling.

Hey I just had a look The ones you have all listed are from the film :) Its possible that an old song may have just been exempt from the list/come back (bugged out etc)

This one is from the film I believe- it was uploaded with the rest of the new ones etc in December 2018.

There were about 15 songs or so that got uploaded to ASCAP late December- this was definitely not one of them. That being said I'm not ready to say its definitely a new album etc but nonetheless 'Conscious Pilot' sounds like the beginning of something new- They are conscious (aware of etc) the first of something (A Pilot).

Nah I check every day- film songs were added in December 2018. Conscious pilot is new this week
