Oh they will very likely be more than baseball tickets. If only! Then the 500 section would be like 11 bucks lol. I cant see them being more than the ACC. But who knows.. I guess we'll find out next week.

As much as I hate the fact its at the Rogers Centre... its still Coldplay and I just cant accept the idea of them in Toronto and me not there.

Technically... the Rogers Centre could open up the roof. That would be awesome!

I've been questioning it from the get-go. They're just too big to play there now. It just doesn't hold enough people. I mean it's hard enough getting tickets to the ACC shows when that place holds about 20,000. I'd love it to be there. But it just doesn't make sense for a band that could probably play 7 shows in Toronto and sell them all out.

I just had a chill down my spine thinking about that.

I love the big day long mess of a show.. it makes the experience bigger and more grand of a day. Although it's really more fun if you have to take the ferry back and forth... I've always been jealous of the big massive 100,000 people shows Oasis and other bands do in the Uk.. I'd be nice to finally have that experience here. Just imagine 100,00 people all singing to Viva or Fix You or the giant YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA during In My Place Also I emailed Dave Bookie at Edge 102... they have no clue what's going on with the Coldplay show either. I don't understand how Z103 would know anything about the show before Edge 102

Yea it's just a generic arena I've always foundhad terrible acoustics for a good show and a boring atmosphere. It's ok for winter time, but summer time the Molson Ampitheater or Toronto Island are perfect. I'm rooting for the Islands because t can hold so many more people

No ad in Now Magazine either. Usually here wuld be a big massive one day ad for them. I have a funny feeling the will bump the onsale again. Let's just hope the wait is for a decent venue worth waiting for. IE: not the ACC

Still no confirmation on venue I take it? I'm still crossing my fingers it will be the island (pure speculation and wishful thinking on my part) They could fit so many more Coldplayers there... and there is no better atmosphere in Toronto than the island.

CP loses best album to THAT?!
Its a US award show. Therefore if it's half decent and bluegrass or country-esque. And it sells alot. It's usually going to win.

This is insane ticketsnow has lawn tickets up for over 300 bucks? How in the world they can justify having tickets already I don't know, I guess ticketmaster is just laughing at everyone right now. This is really pathetic. Even they have become a scalper. Also for those who asked about the venue. Seats are great and close, but there is a great vibe on the lawns. I always have a great time up there.

I generally assume Coldplay will play 2 dates in Toronto. But nevertheless; THANK GOD they are back playing the Ampitheater! I had become so sick of The ACC. My favourite of all 6 Coldplay shows I've been to has been there in 2003. hee is nothing like Coldplay outdoors with my over price Molson Canadan there lol

I think I'm more disturbed Randy Newman is in the top ten than anything. I know opinions are really subjective... and usually I don't passionately care. But really Randy Newman????

Coldplay - Greatest Hits
If it was done properly by EMI it would be more of a 2 DISC COLDPLAY ANTHOLOGY. Just like Oasis and Radiohead. Having said that: DISC 1 Square One Politik Shiver Talk In My Place Yellow Viva La Vida Violet Hill The Scientist Hardest Part Glass of Water Low Lovers in Japan (Osaka) Death and All His Friends Everything's Not Lost DISC 2 Life in Technicolour II Don't Panic Green Eyes Trouble Clocks Lost! Warning Sign 42 Speed Of Sound God Put A Smile Upon Your Face Til Kingdom Come Prospekt's March/Poppy Fields Strawberry Swing Fix You

Hi-Res EP Artwork (inside leaf and back cover)
anyone know who has done the photography this time around? Is it still Paul Westenberg? I'd love to find a HI Res version of the band shot with Johnny and the magnifying glass

Your VLV/PM Super Playlist
A Spell A Rebel Yell I choose to forget LOL sadly And Death Will Never Concur is brilliant with the clapping and acoustic with Will singing. The Chris piano version reminds me of a public school recital.

Your VLV/PM Super Playlist
This was too much fun to make. I could make coldplay playlists all day long. Not taking away from a great album an EP But if you could combine the 2 into 1 what would it be. Mine: Life in Technicolour II Rainy Day Lovers in Japan (Osaka) 42 LOST! Yes Chinese Sleep Chant Glass of Water Postcards From Far Away Viva La Vida Violet Hill Prospekts March/Poppy Fields Strawberry Swing Death and All His Friends Now My Feet Wont Touch the Ground Lovers in Japan (Acoustic) The Escapist Listened to it all together on my iPod and it all flowed great.

anyone else have one of those euphoric "this is why I love coldplay" moments??
