High hopes for colour spectrum. Cos of the timeline, I guess it can be the mix of every feeling together

Yeah haha. Sad that x&y does not hit you inside. Haha but it happens. And viva its the most unique album of coldplay mix things from x&y rock sound with some new stuff and happier enviroment

Its funny. My favorite is a rush of blood to the head. But if someone asks me what is the most unique and creative albums from cold that it is different but still have their essence. I would say Viva la vida and x&y even if my favorite.is other

X&Y had some other influences than a rush. Even if they want it to recreate something they still.choose.to put some new influences in there. The result for the fans in general was awsome. And they did that fantastic show in toronto 2006. Best coldplay show for me, mix everything that I love in them

Don't think so. X&Y was space rock sound and a rush was like a postbritpop it was more raw and with less effects and bridges. You can't listen nothing like square one or the x&y itself on a rush

I prefer clocks but speed of sound is more.interesting and more well.constructed

Yeah but it has some others thing in it. The guitar is totally different than clocks. The effect. And has bigger bridges than clocks too

Cp3176.that' is just the thing haha. That "feels like something new even if you KKIIIND can relate to something" its so amazing, that feeling. And there is the ones that is really.hard to relate it like daylight. Wow the first time I listen to white shadows or daylight I was blown away. Speed of sound is that song that you can relate to something but still feels fresh and creative and original. How I miss that haha *----*

That's it. You said everything that I believe too. I don't have to say nothing more haha. And that is exactly what I said about amazing day being the worse. It being the worse will be an awsome thing, cos that means that the album will have some.real.piece of gems.

Well I only said how the song made me feel. Its a good song but I like when coldplay do something more unique and creative, its not that I do not like the song its just that I don't find it a "woooo what a awsome song, eargasm, Im crying cos that is so good!!" kind of song. Just see for your self how clocks sound so more perfect on that last show than amazing day. Its just that amazing day its a good track.. but oh.. well when put byside of clocks it really looks like its way more just an ok song, nothing especial. That is the thing, amazing day doesnt feel special to me and that is ok. It happens, I'll always say what I think of a song even if I admire the band a lot, its not wrong to say what you don't like in a song.

Really do hope that amazing day will be the worst song of the album. Its not that I don't like it but close to clocks or other gems its just so... mediocre, its just an ok song for me. If something is worse than amazing day so it will be bad a thing haha.

Well I thought by reading the coments here of amazing day that would really sound amazing.. but it still like just an ok song. 5 of 10. Cos right after come clocks live with that beatiful outro and the band there are like 10000% on fire and then I think... woow Amazing day seems so fucking boring now... really hope that will be some song on AHFOD that is explosive like clocks was live now

You know what is funny.. Im really thinking that this album will be like viva2.0. Something new, different and really big. Not so much on the style, but more in how it feels... I believe that adventure of a lifetime is nothing compare on what comes. I BELIEVE THAT EVERYBODY HERE WILL BE SURPRISED AND SO WILL I.

Feel you. I liked the song a lot haha. But for 1 out of 10 I give a 6 as well. Well at least this a generic song that is way better than other generics like Paradise, princess of china, charlie brown, ETIAW. Still hope that this album will have other spots for more unique and original songs. But for now Im enjoying the groovyness haha. BUT AGREE 100% with you. Best coment defending the old times from cold that I've seen. ^^ Ps: A unique synthpop/disco album that is creative and original for example that is not generic is Night school from Neon Indian, its awsome. That is what I call unique and creative pop, cold could inspire in bands like that sometimes if they want to do a real.good pop sound

That is exactly what I feel, even if this song has a mainstream vein or generic vibe, its different it makes me feel something like the album viva did, the production it is really like the viva days, clean and well done. Its generic, its not that original but it is strong. IM SO INTERESTED ON THE SONGS THAT AREN'T SINGLE NOW *------*. imagine, color spectrum or up&up

Amazing day is nothing disco. And cmon I get you, Violet hill was really good for a lead single for viva. But the viva itself isn't. Sky full of star is not too. And everyteardrop for me its one of the worst songs on MX. What if AOAL is the SFOS of this album. My point is the color spectrum of this album maybe is a clue that says the album can sound like a mix of everything. Lets just wait and see.

Maybe the rest of the album is unique. AOAL is for me better than almost everything on MX. Chris vocals are strong, and the music its not that cheesy boring pop from MX. I still think that album will be a mix of everything of them. It is wrong to judge the album from just 1 song, mainly if that song is a single made for mainstream audience. But I undestand you, I agree in parts

AOAL is a song that I believed that the band doesn't really want to make something new but that still feels groovy and good. I hope this album has some originality. Cos AOAL as good as it is, is nothing new in the world of music, different then some artist that did disco sound type of record like Neon indian with night school or Jungle with their selftitled.

Adventure is growing. I like it, if they do more pop mainstream mediocre songs, then let it be like adventure of a life time. If feels like somethings of the old albuns, I don't know where. I still think that this album will have a lot of rockier sounds too, it will be a mix of everything
