i met a man today who said his father created Altoids

i am not sure to believe him or not. altoids are British and the man was british, looked to be about 65 years of age.

 

but i did ask the man what is the significance of the name "altoids" and he said he never asked his father and that he died young. but i just made a quick trip to http://www.altoids.com/ and it says where the word is derived from: latin 'alt' (to change) greek 'oids' (taking form of)

thats so random...thats something that would happen to me. How did you randomly meet the creator of Altoids??! haha. Did he look like a stoner? B/c the famous Altoids tin is used quite often as a weed holder. Coincidence? I don't think so... ;)

p.s. they should make a stoner smiley :smug: :stunned: :dozey: :blush: those resemble it somewhat...
