November 19, 200916 yr Go to all the poshest places with their familiar faces, terminate all signs of weakness.
November 19, 200916 yr The stars lean down to kiss you And I lie awake and miss you Pour me a heavy dose of atmosphere Cause I'll doze off safe and soundly But I'll miss your arms around me I'd send a postcard to you, dear Cause I wish you were here I'll watch the night turn light blue But it's not the same without you Because it takes two to whisper quietly The silence isn't so bad Till I look at my hands and feel sad Cause the spaces between my fingers Are right where yours fit perfectly I'll find repose in new ways Though I haven't slept in two days Cause cold nostalgia chills me to the bone But drenched in vanilla twilight I'll sit on the front porch all night Waist deep in thought because when I think of you I don't feel so alone I don't feel so alone I don't feel so alone As many times as I blink I'll think of you tonight (Tonight, tonight, tonight...) I'll think of you tonight When violet eyes get brighter And heavy wings grow lighter I'll taste the sky and feel alive again And I'll forget the world that I knew But I swear I won't forget you Oh if my voice could reach back through the past I'd whisper in your ear: "Oh darling I wish you were here"

November 19, 200916 yr This is one confusing Universe! If the big bang happened "everywhere", then wouldn't the Universe be infinite, especially since it's supposed to be "flat"? If one can estimate the total number of stars and galaxies, then isn't it finite?? Or is there just a lot of unexploded stuff further out? If it's like a loaf of raisin bread, then does it have a start point (before the dough rises)? Could such a start point be considered the center, like the center of a kernel of popcorn? Perhaps not.. And yet, there is speculation that it might all end - when everything goes towards greater expansion.. So, if it has a beginning, and a fuzzy end, perhaps then a universal time scale can be established? It all sounds like everyone want's to think they've got it, but then maybe they really don't quite yet.. Quite amazing, even if we aren't alone - to think here we are, a unique part of the equation, deciphering it's mysteries, and making sense of it all, as best as we can... Quantum packets that have folded in upon themselves??
November 19, 200916 yr Anglish. English with Angles. (or Angles Saxons and Jutes?):P Since the English were invaded by Jutes, therefor (by extension) they are all Jutlanders, or Danish. And the Danish of course make the best pastries. Therefore the English should be able to make a Danish pastry with Cheddar Cheese filling!:laugh3: (never mind - it's late..)
