Thank you! its hard for me to learn languages because I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing the words correctly. So my best hope is to find someone in person locally who will teach it to me so I can hear it then say it and have them correct me.

 

I do have one question though, I've heard this in two different ways;

 

"Salam wa aleikum" and "Wa Salam wa aleikum". Originally I was told "Salam wa aleikum" was the standard proper greeting in Arabic, but I met a kid a while ago from Saudi Arabia who said it was "Wa Salam wa aleikum" or at least it sounded like that.

well when you greet someone in arabic you say " salam aleikum" and the person must repond by "wa aleikum assalam"

there's no "wa" when you greet someone but in the answer there's "wa" as you can notice in what i said
