Hey Nick, you'll be alright - we all have moments like what you're going through.

I wound up with stomach flu this past winter, took what seemed like ages to get over. Rest, fluids, relax - you're worth it.

You've got to rest and recharge those batteries, you'll be ready to take on the world after you recover; give yourself some TLC.

I just recouped after having strained back muscles and back spasms for four days - I know how useless one can feel, it is damn frustrating at times! But give yourself the time to recover, you'll be back in the saddle after you get your strength back.

I hope he can get through this.

It's just impossible for things to keep going the way they are - people rise up, it damages their neighborhoods the worst, but nobody will stand for inequity; a house divided cannot stand.
