so seems the main institution was on my side, althought i wonder how powerful and knowledge they have of the matter in particular, is a bit a piss i have to do the step i didn't want to, but let's hope it'll go fine tomorrow, after all i'm just fighting for my right which the Law allows me to, i shouldn't feel bad about it. I hope they will take it well and won't make me go in need of a Lawyer and start the process of a legal complaint. :\ And most important i hope from now on, once they fix their mistake, it won't happen again to any other person.,
