I mentioned a few days ago on my journal I bumped into a old mate. And I was concerned there could be a little drama as I knew he had problems. However I was not expecting what I saw when I got home last night. On the table to my shock and desperlife I seen on the table equipment used for the preparation of crack cocaine he was not there at the time. This is something I have zero torralance for. I smoke a weed now and again but thats it.

 

I was stunned I though this person could have at least told me this, if he did I would not have been so mad but would have told him not in my house. I asked for some friends for advice just incase I was making a drama out of nothing, but no I was completly right. I was going to say something the next day and request for my key back as he was not at home. However it was preplexing me that much I had to address and mainly get my key back as soon as possible

 

I managed to get his mobile number called him before going to see him, I called a closer frined she told me just to get the key of him and make some excuse up in order not to have any confrontation so I did and got the key and walked off. It has hurt me a lot this epidsode as this same frined looked after me when I had no where to stay, and the trust I had was without question. He was too drunk to possibly relaise why I wanted the key and what I seen as a trust without question being betrayed.

 

I could have been in any situation when I come back home last night, I could have brought my frined and her baby round, she told me she would have craked up, and gone of her head. I could have brought someone around from work anyone. I could have brought a potential partner round anything They would have thought what the hell have I got myself into. Thankfully and hopefully this mini drama is over. I got my key back and I dont need to worry about the secrity of my house, my home.

 

One thing I have learnt out of this is not to be so trusting however it hurts me, that this may change me as a person and I may end up becoming pretty cold and empty.

 

I am still hurt now .... and still stuned that someone whom I thought was a good mate could put me in such a postion

daryl... you did the right thing.. but I would change your locks if I were you... cause you never never know....

I think might I have too, but I don't think he has had the time to think of that. I honeslty dont think he knew I would be so shocked and appalued by something like this.. It was a miraicle how I managed to get the key I told him someone else wanted to stay at the house and made it up that I had lost mine. I would have really liked to go mad at him but they may have been a reactation that I could not or want to deal with. Vilonce in my books is the last ever thing Iwant to ever do. I have only been in one serious fight in my time and that was because someone hit me when I had a baby in my hands and it upset the baby.

 

I know I need to be more assiertive at times and stand for my rights but I have alwways talked my way out of sistuations or avoided them before they have started, !

I don't have a lot of personal experience with crack... I've only smoked it laced with weed mayber four or five times. But, I had to drive my friend's older brother to the emergency room at 4am one time. He started convulsing in the back seat of my car, then he started slobbering a lot, and his eyes rolled back in his head. It scared me soo bad!! At that point, I'd shot up twice (had to have a friend do it, I hate needles), but after that night, I dissasociated myself from those people and have not seen them since. Well, I saw one about 8 months later... She looked awful. She'd been arrested three times for theft (she was stealing to pay for her habit) and her parents took her daughter away. She was staying with some friends, and hey by the way, did I have any money to loan her???

I'm all for weed, I think the legalization of marijuana would reduce the amount of violence, all but eliminate the use of "hard drugs", and could essentially bring about world peace. Who wants to fight when your stoned, eh? :dozey:

I have never tried pills I dont like what they do to people I seen a girl once get in hysirics he had been spiked !

Daryl, if this bloke has nowhere else to go now then you're gonna have to tell him what you saw and how he's not welcome to stay with you anymore because if you avoid him that may just amount to more trouble but I think you dealt with it well :)
