October 24, 200421 yr Hello...I am going to uni next year to study engineering. I was wondering if someone that is studying it currently could tell me about the courses and what they are like. I am a bit nervouse as I graduated High School 10 years ago and have only one year of Uni and that was 5 years ago. Please help! Thank you!

October 25, 200421 yr Author good plan. fuck the 50K a year starting jobs too. :smug: Agreed...:) Thank you for the info. Looks pretty much like the program at my uni. I just hope I can hack it.
October 25, 200421 yr I graduated in chemical engineering here in USA (Texas A&M Univ.) i agree with egghead...first two years are theory and fundamentals. Also, it depends on what type of engineering you want to do. For us chemical engineers, we end up taking so many classes in chemistry that we get a minor certificate in it! lol http://cheweb.tamu.edu/ I'm so happy that i'm not the only engineering dude in this forum! :D
