what kind of music is interpol? i've heard of them...never listened to their songs. (i know...shame on me :embarrased: )

well and some other gud stuff about great bands...I must say it is heavy...tattoos...piercings...clothes...accesories...the whole store is dark...and so it is its personel...but they are kinda cool and helpful... :cool:...I like it!

so... on the official IMB they have a 'you know you're obsessed' thread... and there seems to be a lot of people put there who feel the same way I do about the band.. some more than others.. lol but to the point that I find myself listening to them everyday.. I constantly look for new piccies of them.. and what the hell do I do with these?? I mean seriously.. they just sit in my HD... I mean I do post them and stuff... but I feel like I need to have every single piccie out there thats worth having!!! :stunned: I haven't gotten tired of them yet.. and I doubt I ever will. Since I discovered them almost a year ago.. there hasnt been a day that I haven't listened to them.. I try and try to listen to other music.. and I have.. but after I'm done... it always goes back to Interpol.

 

Why do you think this is.. that so many fans of Interpol react this way to them... and the guys know this too... they've mentioned it in a few interviews and stuff.. but my question is why.. ?? I know why they captivate me.. I was just curious to see if any of you ever felt this as well..

I can never have enough!...Interpol is my daily bread!...ha!...how many times Ive said they are a new language to me?!?!?!?!...everything has another sense...another meaning...Im so into them cause Interpol is not just a band...they has an intrinsic meaning...a sentimental meaning...a subliminal meaning...ha...like if that makes sense?!?!...I cant explain it with words...i just love them!...sound and lyrics...voice and soul...alcohol and cigarettes...ha!...*sighs*

gah, interpol. so good. i think they have some of the most interesting lyrics of any band out there today. plus, you can't beat paul banks voice...it's completely ear wretcheningly good. it's just raw. i adore it.
