I was just thinking about some of the ways I used to revise when I was very young..

 

and I remember one way, that our teacher told us to revise was by taking the first letter of a list of things you need to remember and make a phrase out of the letters that you would not forget..for example

 

eg. say you wanted to remember the planets

 

you'd take the first letter of say mercury and m and the first letter of earth etc and make a phrase out of it..

 

this is one i remembered from when I was 8 and it was made so that I could remember the 6 first great empires
