Hopefully you have all seen the COLDPLAY COMEBACK story on the main page, but here is the newest infor:

 

Tracks which are expected to appear on the record include ‘Square One’, ‘Talk’, ‘Till Kingdom Come’, ‘X&Y’, ‘The Hardest Part’. Drummer Will Champion has also touted a new track enetitled ‘What If?’ as a possible single, telling the BBC, “I think it’s one to watch out for in my opinion".

 

Some of these track titles sound quite interesting. "X&Y" sounds like a very unusual sort of name for coldplay, while the others just show a new direction. I really like the name "Square One" could it possibly be the opener Mr. Champion was talking about? Whatever the outcome, it's great to see they think this is their best record yet!

I feel like I've heard the track 'what if'... in my mind I can hear Chris chanting the chorus 'what if......' about a love he has found and wonders what if he hadnt made the choices he has made in life, what life would be like.. escalting to a piano driven break in the song.. and finishes leaving you with memories of your own 'choices'..

the NME printed some lyrics to one of the songs.

it went along the lines of :

 

"you and me are drifting on a tidal wave"

 

I hope, after recent events in the pacific, that this lyric is changed.

 

and surely someone at NME could've spotted this, and not printed the lyric.

Do you really think they should change it? I guess NME could have chosen not to print it, but hey, a lot of things can be assosiated with the event in southern asia, and we can't remove all of them. :/

you want them to change Crests Of Waves as well? The line has to be drawn somewhere and with all respect to those affected in Asia there isn't a duty on Coldplay to change any of their lyrics at all.
