out of curiosity, i find myself amazed that there are no new songs online. I might be wrong and if I am please tell me so but i find it inevitable that new songs will go online in the next few weeks. Has anybody heard anything though?

I doubt it, as coldplay are very careful with their material, and as far as we know the album isnt even done yet. I think the first things we will hear are songs from live sets once they start playing those small gigs in England.

Maybe they wont even start to play those gigs until the album is out?

I think it would be quite in coldplay's style. Keeping everything quiet and mysterious. And then somehow without any sort of warning they drop a single in like 2 weeks and announce the album will follow later in march. I really think they will pull something like that. You know, you will just hear something good on the radio and be like........omg its the new coldplay! Unless we find out through this board first of course. So now because of this thought, I'm pretty excited for March 28th. It's just my opinion, and my hope.

It would be cool if no one knew, and then, one day, the album would be in store :D
