If someone breaks into my home, i'd beat him, and if he was armed then i'd beat him more. I wouldnt go as far as killin him but I feel if someone breaks into your home with the intent to steal your property then you should give em a good beating.

I thought it was legal to attack an intruder once they were on your stairs....well it is here anyway :idea2: :)

here you just can't shoot them if they are running away.

I voted yes because I think you should be allowed to defend yourself if they tried to hurt you. It's not fair that they can shoot you.
