To be honest, why not upload it using something like YouSendIt, then paste the download link (e.g. not the first link, but the actual file link)? Then people can refresh that link periodically. That would be the most sensible thing to do under the circumstances...

By christ, rapidshare.de and yousendit.com aren't rocket science. If you're not educated about that stuff, walking and talking at the same time will probably be a challenge :)
