I'm downloading an RAR file. How do I use it?

Kapone you seriously annoy me sometimes.

 

When somebody posts something in the wrong forum now and again Im alright with it but you do it EVERYTIME you post a new topic. And people tell you and mods move it for you and you dont say Thanks you just come back to this forum and do it again.
