ya they can smell it. I know at my school one teacher had to check drinks being brought into class. it was crazy. i think gum and mints work as long as they are really strong ones.

haha i remember one time i was at some family barbeque wid my friend and we decided to have some beer, so we mixed it with pepsi to disguise it. but it was really frothy on the top so it was completely suss. ah good times...
