has anyone tried tabbing Fix You? for guitar or piano?

 

I tried watching the SNL vid a lot, but really i'm no good at this

 

it's such a beautiful song...sniff

seriously like my favorite Coldplay lyric already

ok...tune down the high e string to c, capo on 3rd fret, chords are:

C(332010)

G(320000)

Am(x02210)

F(133210)or(133010)-use your thumb to play the bass F note-

 

Verse :C-G-Am-G

Chorus:F-G

Outro:C-F-C-G

Piano chords are like this (you can play it with the guitar if you want to):

 

Verse: D# - Gm A# - Cm - A#

Chorus: G# - A# x3

then in the end the chorus is repeated once more.

EDIT: Oh yeah, just noted that in the end of every verse the chord is A#7 :)

it's excellent, sounds perfect

for the acoustic you tune the bottom string to D# and then tune the rest of the string to that.

chords are

1--8--9

2--9--11

2--9--11

0--7--9

what I meant to say was tune the guitar down half a step

That guitar line sounds best with the same notes but moved up a string.
