A Message is one of the more endearing ones... The funny thing is, I only thought so after hearing the rest of the album. It was a bit hard to digest when I first heard it off the Edge... It's absolutely simple now :lol: :D

I have listened the new album only a few times but that was the first song which I haven't heard before and got to love it during the first listening. I'm glad that they play it on gigs.

I really like this song...It's so sweet. :cry: :blush:

...i think "a message" is very sweet.

 

during one of the sirius radio interviews chris said the inspiration for this song came from one of the hymns he used to sing as a boy in school when he was forced to go to church. He stole the first 4 notes from "my song is love unknown" and repeated it 12 times for "a message."
