You have to have bittorrent to download it.

i registered, and then downloaded the torrent again, and tried to start downloading it the file, but i got "14:27 -rejected by tracker - unregistered torrent"

I thought i only received this 'error message' because i wasn't registered. [if the torrent is from one of the specific sign up torrent sites...like Oink]

My friend suggested you used a program called super DVD ripper 1.89

You can convert the VOB files to AVI files with that, it should be a lot smaller if you do that
