What was all that about? "We're going email you back an address to buy your presale ticket" I never got one and none of my friends who pre-registered did either? And to find out everything's sold-out. Pretty bummed. Then later you said you have more pre-tickets. What the heck?

 

The whole point of pre-sale tickets is to assure you one when the time comes, if you get allocated a number, you got a seat, period! They should at least guarantee hardcore Coldplay fans get tickets.

 

And let the scalpers fight for them.

I didn't get a reply either. I checked my email several times a day, waiting.....

Then it was over.

I hope to find tickets to Charlotte in September. I am not giving up hope!!!
