A BABY party thrown by pregnant Britney Spears ended in chaos when a photographer accused bodyguards of SHOOTING him.

 

Brad Diaz was seen screaming and clutching a leg wound outside the LA mansion where the bash was held.

 

He claimed security staff for the 23-year-old singer fired a lead air pellet that lodged in his left leg.

 

Diaz, 33, called cops and was taken to hospital. But docs said the pellet was embedded too deeply to remove.

 

Britney’s mum Lynne passed emergency vehicles on her way into the party — to mark the birth of Britney’s first child, due next month.

 

The singer was seen joking with pals before the incident.

 

Diaz plans to sue for millions. He said: “I can’t believe it. I was on a public street.”

 

Britney’s team were questioned. But one cop said: “We don’t know where the pellet came from.”
