Anyone else watched it?

I am still recovering from the ending. It was incredibly intense. I love that song that they played. It is called Breathe Me by Sia Fuller.

This was one of the best pieces of film that I have ever seen. I will certainly miss this show very much. Here's a toast to a magnificent show!!!!

I think it started in 2001. It is the best drama on television.ever.period. The first 4 of 5 seasons is out on DVD. I know you would fall in love with this show Justine ;) Oh, and welcome back :)

Yes, it was on HBO. I think you can rent the DVD's of the series at Blockbuster. The show was written by Alan Ball who wrote the screenplay to American Beauty.

I am still sad and crying about it! :cry: The ending was the best episode they ever made :stunned: They endend the show with the heads held up high :nice: I didn't like how they killed Keith though :/ But the rest of the episode was just INCREDIBLE :cry: Claire's death was just so beautiful :cry:

I did not sleep well last night. All day I have been thinking about the episode. I was crying like a little boy last night. It was a truly magical finale.

I talked with other people at work who saw the episode and they said that they think that the last 10 minutes was all in Claire's mind. That she was imagining that to be what would happen to all of the others.

Now, I firmly believe that the last 10 minutes was a true representation of how the characters would all meet their ends.

I was thinking about my own mortality last night too. It was both sobering and inspiring.

I don't know when the DVD of this season will come out but I know that season 4 is out now.

I also cried myself to sleep last night :lol: :D so it's allright ;) I don't think the last part was Claire's imagination... I did think that's how they all died..There's no way she could have possible known how Rico would died.. :thinking: I liked how she ends up marrying the lawyer and him coming to Keith's death or mom's death (I don't remember which one it was) and I ended up missing the first 10 minutes of it..AGAIN! :rolleyes: :embarrased:

I'm glad you think so too. It was too real for it to be Claire's imagination. It was so beautiful and brought me to tears. When they did a close-up on Claire's 102 year old eyes and then faded to her present day driving down the hgihway was powerful. As was David seeing the young Keith right before he died :cry: :cry: You didn't miss anything important in the first 10 minutes either.
