It's a 3D-model of Chris (I think), made by Sølve Sundsbø. I don't think it means anything really, it's just art :)

No, it's not Chris or all four members. It's just an image they all liked. That same image is all over the website of the guy who designed the covers. The singles, are the guy's faces. Chris is Clocks.
