Of course not everyone, but when I was in France, I met many people that expected you to speak French. I sometimes tried to speak English because my French is very bad.

 

I don't think I'll remember a lot when I leave school either? Don't you have to to school anymore? What are you doing?

i'm at college i left school two years ago ... now i'm studying sport ... which is much better than languages! :)

 

are you actually 20 then? People in the UK would have left school by then .. gone to university or they would actually be working

Yes, I am. I have to learn three languages, horrible I can tell you. I'll be so happy when I can leave school next summer.

I mix French and Spanish pretty often. English is comepletely different, I have more problems with the other two. But my English is pretty bad too. I might go to England for three months next summer if I find a job there, maybe I can at least speak one language after that.
